Nari's POV

For the passed three days, some of Seungcheol's men would take turns on dropping me off and fetching me. I told Mingyu that they're just drivers that my dad hired. I haven't told him that I'm living with several men, he only knows that I moved out; that's all.

"Oh come on," I whined as I read the text, stomping on my feet.

"What is it?" Jihoon asked as he got downstairs, here, in the foyer,

   "My class got cancelled,"

   "Oh,"

"No school until Saturday since the professors have to attend a convention," I added.

"Well, looks like you just got saved," he said as he walked past me.

"Oh come on! But I prepared so much for the recitations!" I exclaimed as I groaned, my shoulders going droopy.

I ran back upstairs to my room in order to change my clothes. I put on my home clothes which are my sweatpants, tee and slippers. I comfortably, plopped down on my bed with my phone.

Me:
Yo, wanna hang out?

Mingyu:
Sorry, but there's an emergency right now. Have to run at the hospital:(

Me:
Oh my, why? everything all right?

Mingyu:
Mom's got low blood, but the doctor said she'll be fine.

Me:
Wish her to get well soon

I put down my phone, staring at the ceiling. Mingyu's not available to hang out, so what am I supposed today? I've got nothing to do. I sat down, thinking of what to do for today since I've got four days of no school.

I lazy rolled out of bed and dragged my feet downstairs to the kitchen. I woke up late due to my readings last night. I haven't even had breakfast yet because I was running late.

"Hey," Joshua greeted me with a smile as soon as I entered the kitchen.

"Hey," I smiled back as I opened the pantry and got myself a cereal bar.

"What's that for?" I asked as I teared the wrapper and began munching on it, while I leaned on the counter; watching Joshua decorate some cakes.

Bowls, spatulas, bags of flours and sugar were scattered on the island counter as Joshua does his work. "I was craving for a cake," he responded, eyes still focus on the cake where he spreads the frosting.

"Uh-huh, why don't you just buy? or better yet, get a cook or maid or something," he finished decorating and had put down the the frosting bag.

"I think I'll appreciate the cake even more if it's my own creation," he smiled amidst saying those words with a teeny-tiny bit of sarcasm.

"Plus, Seungcheol doesn't trust maids ever since his father died," he added.

"Uh-huh, I see," I nodded my head as I finished eating. I grabbed a bottle of water from the fridge and drank it.

"Anyway, care to join me for a picnic by the lake? I'd appreciate a companion,"

"Yeah sure, I don't mind," I casually responded before exiting the kitchen.

"I expect you there by four,"

I was on my way to the library to read some books because as I know, there are tons of books in their shelves, and since I have nothing to do. I might as well explore that perimeter to see what it has to offer to me.

A faint sound of the piano suddenly caught my attention, halting me from walking. I peeked at the music room, but no one was there. The piano continued to play, so I followed the sound until it led me to this double door.

I slowly opened it and peeked, only to find a piano placed by the large window, curtains set aside which shows the view of the garden by the backyard. The room was rectangular and vast, I could tell that this is the ballroom due to its decoration.

Two enormous paintings hung on the wall, contradicting the beige-colored walls with design and the orange-colored, neat tiles. Jihoon sat by the piano, playing it, his back is facing me. Meanwhile, Junhui stood, eyes closed as he did waltz as if he's holding someone in his arms.

I was just observing them when Junhui suddenly opened his eyes. I was about to leave, but he had already seen me "Oh, care for a dance, little red?" He smirked.

Since I was caught already, I went in. "Didn't know the ballroom is this vast," My eyes continued to linger around the room.

"You haven't been here?" Jihoon asked as he stopped playing.

"Yeah, I wasn't able to explore that much," I said.

"Well, knock yourself out. And you might as well enjoy my music," Jihoon smiled as he proceeded to playing again.

Junhui offered his palm. "May I have this dance, milady?"

"I'm not a good dancer," I chuckled, nervously.

"Don't be shy, come on," he persuaded. I hesitantly took his palm and as soon as my hand landed on his, he suddenly pulled me, securing his arm around my waist.

I gulped down upon contact with Junhui's body and his familiar scent, filling my nose. "Just follow me and the rhythm, okay?" I nodded my head as he placed his hands on his shoulder.

I felt my cheeks hot due to Junhui's confidence and seductive aura. His eyes were intensely staring at me, he's got no plans to take his eyes off me which made me feel flustered so I try my best to avoid his gaze.

"You should come here at midnight," he whispered as we continued to waltz around the ballroom.

"And why should I?" I raised an eyebrow.

"I don't know. To enjoy yourself, I guess? It's up tp you, hon," he chuckled.

"Well, what have you got to offer?"

"A bottle of wine and maybe a waltz," he shrugged his shoulders as he made me do a twirl before coming back to dancing together.

"So, will you come? I don't mind having a dance partner," he smirked.

He's been flirting since I came here.

And I don't think I should somehow get involve with him in that way.

"No," I smiled.

"I'm not that kind of person, Junhui. I've also got plans with Joshua, anyways,"

"Plans? What plans with him," he chortled.

"You don't have to know," I whispered.

It's kind of fun messing around with this guy.

I mean, he's the one who started it and I'm just going with the flow.
