Nari's POV
Right after swimming at the beach, I dressed up for the real trip. I wore an above the knee length, bright yellow summer dress that has puffed sleeves. I paired it with a white sandal and the jewelry that my dad had gifted me.
I decided to not do my hair as I am in a rush. I grabbed my bag and left my hotel room. Seungcheol and I agreed to meet at the lobby so I made my way there. We decided to go get lunch first before commencing our adventure.
"Hey, my dad actually booked us a yacht," I said as Seungcheol hummed in response. We sat down at the outside area of the restaurant; wooden tables, flower decorations, delicious local delicacies and ice-cold cocktails are the main points of the latter.
Although the sun is up high, it still feels cold due to the wind blowing here in the beach restaurant we went to and the summer dress I'm wearing right now is such a perfect match.
"I'm thinking...maybe we can go to the yacht first?"
"Sure, whatever you want," he casually responded as we ate.
"Wait, didn't you just went swimming earlier?" He raised an eyebrow.
"Yeah, but I really wanna go to the yacht. Not just for a swim, but to also relax, duh,"
"Hmmm, okay,"

Right after lunch, we went to the beach again for the yacht as what we have agreed to. The driver drove us to a not that far part of the beach, but it's still peaceful as there are no other people here aside from us.
I wore the swimsuit that I used earlier, but before I go for a swim. I sat down by the deck to enjoy the sounds of rippling waters of the sea and the bright sun that kissed my skin. I put on my shades, leaned against the white leather seats with a glass of chardonnay on my right hand.
I'm honestly grateful of where I am right now and I'm glad all those monstrosity that happened last time are already done. The exams, moving out, abduction — Oh God, I don't even want to remember that certain event.
But anyways,
What's important now is that,
Everything's settle and fine.
Seungcheol's POV
I have to say, Nari's pretty impulsive today. There's been some changes in plans of going here and there which I don't mind. She's probably just excited and can't wait to go from places to places.
Right after the yacht, we decided to go over to this botanical garden where we explore different kinds plants, mostly. We took a few pictures and had some takeaways about nature.
I stood by the side as Nari stood with the crowd, facing the tour guide who is explaining something about a specific plant. I'm not listening to the tour guide as my job is to keep an eye on Nari and watch out for suspicious like what I saw right now.
A man in familiar flannels had passed by and as soon as we made eye contact, he immediately looked away.
Really? Even here?
I stifled a sigh as I shook my head, thinking that maybe it's just a coincidence that he's around us again. Well, I do hope so it is.
I diverted back my gaze at Nari and this time a man had stood behind her. I furrowed my eyebrows when I saw the man, placing something under her dress which made me walked towards Nari.
I grabbed her by her waist and pulled her towards me as I shot the man a glare. "What is it?" Nari asked, cluelessly as I pulled her to the other side of the crowd.
Perverts.
"Nothing," I reassured.

The clock had strike at six-thirty, so we decided to go have an early dinner so we could drink. We decided to just go at the hotel's restaurant as we are too tired to go find somewhere else to eat.
Amidst the dinner, my phone rang. "Sorry, I have to answer this," I stood up upon seeing Joshua's name on my phone.
I made my way to the bathroom where I took the phone call. "Hello?"
"Hey Seungcheol, I've got double bad news," I stifled a sigh as I shut my eyes, preparing for the worse.
"Fire away,"
"We kind of ran into some trouble here at the hotel," he said in a hesitant, small voice.
That could be fixed, easily.
"Uh-huh,"
"Two of our men died," it's funny how Joshua can say this without hesitance and a small voice when it's literally about the death of two people.
Shit.
"And also chief justice Kim is asking for you to take on another job,"
"Well, why don't you do it? I mean, you're my second hand, Joshua. You literally know how to handle—"
"It's because she is asking for YOU. And only YOU,"
"She wants to meet you in two days," I fell into silence upon hearing such condition.
"So what do you want me to do? Do you want me to drop her or—"
"No, tell her that I'll meet her,"
"Great! And oh by the way, can Huihui stay for more? Junhui's been bugging me to ask you that,"
"Yeah yeah, whatever," I lazily responded before hanging up. I pinched the bridge of my nose as I stuffed my phone back inside my pocket.
I went back to the table and sat in front of Nari. "Hey uhm, I've got some bad news,"
"What is it?" She asked as she continued cutting her food, not sparing me a glance.
"T-They kind of ran into some trouble at the hotel and a client is asking for me...specifically," I stammered as I didn't know how to break the news to her.
"So uh, we might need to go back tomorrow night or the day after tomorrow,"
"Whatever the flight that is available," I added with a sigh.
"Oh," as soon as I said that, the sound of her utensil against her plate had stopped. I waited for her reaction as she tilted her head and met my eyes.
"It's fine, I understand," she smiled.
"I'll make it up to you, I swear. Just give me this one and I'll make it up to you," I reassured.
I feel bad for being a party-pooper, but I've got no choice.
It's business we're talking about.
I have to return.
