Previously; at Erin's place
E= ( knocking) I'll be right there ( opens the door)
J=Hey Erin ...........

E= hey.... wait what are you doing here
J= first of all can I come in what are you gonna let me stand in the hallway this time
E= yeah of course come in ( he does)
J= also I bought you a coffee since I decided to show up here so early
E= why thank you
J= you're welcome I hope you take it the same way you did before
E= yes I do nothing has changed on that front
J= that's good
E= so how long has it been
J= I think about five years
E= wow that's a long time ago 
J= oh yes it is ( sits on the couch)
E= so how is everyone doing I haven't talk to them in years
J= well minus Alvin being dead Antonio left about three years
E= oh really why
J= he went down a dark hall when he got on drugs
E= wait  really
J= yeah he hurt him self on the job so he got pain pills but then he got a lot worse after Eva got kidnapped
E= no way poor Eva
J= oh yeah once she was found he went after the person who kidnapped her and killed him when he was still on drugs so Adam took the fall  for him
E= oh man poor Antonio hope he is doing better now
J= he is he actually lives in Puerto Rico
E= that's good
J= well speaking of Adam a little over two years ago him and Kim randomly hooked up again and somehow got pregnant
E= wait  they have a baby
J= actually sadly they lost the baby because Kim was helping find some traffic girls and in the end she got hurt by the man that was keeping them so she lost the  baby
E= oh man poor Adam and Kim that had to be a horrible experience
J= oh yeah but right now Kim is actually fostering a little girl name Makayla and Adam is there to help her
E= wow so they're a little family
J= oh yeah I think this fostering a little girl is  bringing them closer
E= oh I am happy to hear that
J= moving on to Kevin he is doing pretty good
E= he doesn't have a girlfriend yet
J= no sadly but he had someone a couple years ago but she ended up moving away
E= oh man that sucks Kevin is the one that needs love the most
J= yes he does
E= so is Haley still there
J= yes she is, well she is actually the reason why I am here
E= really why
J= before I talk about her to you do you have to go into work because this  conversation can wait if you have to
E= no I actually took today off because it's been super busy lately so I needed a break
J= all right that's good
E= so what about Haley that you want to talk about
J= well first of all I am dating Haley  well actually we are engaged as of a month ago
E= wait really
J= yeah I wanted to clear this up now I just started dating Haley about a year ago I didn't really date anyone until last year because I just miss you
E= oh Jay I'm sorry I left without saying goodbye but I knew if I seen or heard your voice I wouldn't be able to leave
J= I get that totally it was just hard to move on to someone else when I was so deeply in love with you
E= I get that I haven't dated anyone since I left Chicago
J= wait really
E= yeah I've been just focus on work not worried about a social life
J= I don't blame you there also before I really talk about Haley and why I'm here I want to know how have you been doing
E= i've been doing good moving to New York has been good for me but to be honest I miss all of my friends and family and mostly you in Chicago
J= I miss you too Erin
E= oh yeah I forgot how is Hank
J= that is actually part of the reason why I am here it goes along with the Haley  part of it too
E= oh really why is that
J= so about two years ago he got a dangerous man to be a CI for the intelligence
E= wait really hank did  that I never pictured him doing something like that
J= he didn't really want to but Kevin kind of convinced him it would be better to work with the enemy then not work with him at all
E= well I guess the way Kevin puts it it makes total sense
J= Oh yeah totally so anyways after about a month or two of working with him we gotta go to the warehouse and when we showed up we found him dead on the table with a rat hanging above him dripping blood into his mouth
E= eww that's gross
J= it was about the reason I am telling you this is because a couple days ago I learned from hank  that Haley was the one who got him killed
E=  Really she did
J= yeah she talk to some gang members about Darius working with the cops and next thing we know
E= he was dead
J= oh yeah that was the first a many  bad things  she has done in The last year and a half
E= oh really what else has she done
J= well the next thing she did was she covered up for her roommate wrong doing so hank sent her to New York to go be with the FBI  to teach her a lesson
E= wow really I guess she went to another office because I would had saw her
J= oh yeah she Must of been so before I keep talking about her I have to ask you a question
E= you do will go ahead and Ask
J= so when you left for New York a few years did you ask Hank to looks after me
E= um yes I did I wanted to make sure that no matter what if  I was there or not you were taken care of
J= well thank you for always looking out for me
E= it's no problem but why did you ask 
J= well after I got shot the first time Hank yelled at me and said " it's my job to look after you" so I thought I would ask
E= yes I did wait a minute you were shot  and more than once
J= oh yeah I was shod more than once the first time was about a year after you left but before I tell you about that I'll start from the beginning to explain everything
E= all right
J= so a few months after you left I end up doing something that I still to this day that I beat myself up about
E= what is that
J= well one day me and Haley were chasing after some suspects and they started to shot at us and so we returned fired , come to find out the area we were in there was a undercover daycare and one of my bullets that gif a suspect went right through them and through a wall and hit a little girl and in the end she died
E= oh jay I'm sorry to hear that but it wasn't your fault jay you have to know that
J= I think after a while I stop blaming myself but I still thinking about every once in a while
E= that makes sense
J= but a year after that incident me and will decide it was best for my dad to move out of his house into a apartment especially since he just had a surgery and couldn't keep up with house work, so we solid his house and moved him into an apartment complex that has a elevator in it
E= well that was smart but I bet her was so upset you guys sold his house
J= oh yes he was, so one day the apartment got set on fire
E= wait so did you father died in that fire
J= no he didn't but he got a lot of smoke in his lungs from the fire because he got trapped above the fire floor but lucky Casey went and saved him from where he was
E= wait Casey as in Matt Casey form firehouse 51
J= yes him he carried him all but himself , so we get to med and Connor Rhodes looks him over since he was his surgeon for this triple bypass surgery. About two hours later he all of sudden crash and Will went and did cpr since all the doctors were busy helping everyone else that was hurt in the apartment fire
E= that makes sense
J= well after a few will got rhythm back but dr, Abrams examined him and said that his brain was without oxygen for too long so my dad was brain dead
E= oh jay I'm so sorry to hear that so did you guess to let him go in that moment.
J= eventually but not in that moment
E= really how come
J= well right before he crashed me and my dad has exchanged harsh words towards each other, and once the doctor said he was brain dead I didn't want that to be the last thing that I ever said to him
E= oh Jay I totally get what you mean there
J= but after AYO and also after I kind of slap will in the face
E= wait you really slapped Will in the face
J= yes I did but eventually I decided he wasn't coming back so I decided just to let him go. And after I let him go I decided to go straight back to work to find the person who did this
E= figure so  since you are that kind of person that would go back to work after a tragic event happened in your life. But it probably wasn't the best decision to do that in the long run
J= looking back at it probably wasn't but after He died I was just pissed off and was super mean to everybody else during this whole investigation to find the guy, at one point technically Hank threw me off the case
E= well I'm glad he did
J= but he threw me off  the case when were going to find the guy so I decided to call Kelly
E= wait Kelly seveide as Kelly my ex-boyfriend Kelly
J= yes him
E= wait what is that
J= well during that apartment fire as he was saving a little boy his girlfriend still I wanted to help him by making sure he got out of the room that he was in because he was on the fire floor But she ended up winning in the air and she passed out
E= wait Kelly and Stella are together
J= yes they are they started dating a little bit after you left they have had a rough patch but are together again and I heard that they are engaged to get married soon
E= wow I'm so happy for him
J= same well anyways when Hank took me off the case  he told me to hand over the walkie and my keys to Haley so I couldn't get in the car to go get the guy
E= I bet you hated that moment since you just got used to driving all the time
J= yes I did Anyways I decided to call Kelly because he said if I need any thing to help catch the guy just call him because he wanted to catch him to for doing that to Stella
E= Well I'm happy you guys are getting along now and he helped out during  that case
J= yeah same well luckily for me when he came he had his radio with him so I listen to hear what's going on with the police trying to find the person who is responsible for the apartment fire, and after a few minutes I figured out where the suspect was so we go to the area but of course we can't stop because they wouldn't let anybody through. But then I saw him so I decided to start running after him but then once we got underground he started shooting at me and I shot back. Even though I got shot I crawled over to him make sure he was still alive and then I called for back  up
E= so what happened to him
J= he ended up dead
E=  so how many times did you get shot
J= I got shot twice luckily they both hit my vest
E= thank God this is why we have a full between us to never go in without back up I guess I should've told everyone that before I left for New York
J= yeah I guess so so Hank was so pissed at me at that moment for chasing after the suspect after he told me to stand down
E= he can't blame you you are the one who got the guy he should've trusted you
J= well after that incident everything was calm for a while until a little over a year ago
E= what happened then
J= well there was this new software that the commander wanted to use and we thought we got the guy that did it a triple homicide on two Young kids based on that software that caught him
E=oh man  those poor kids and those poor mothers
J= well anyways I believe that he did it this guy name Marcus I try to get him to come fast when we were at the district and he wasn't wanting to so I decided to put him in counting to see if that would make him talk
E= so did he eventually talk
J= no not really it was actually about outcome for him he did up getting killed in county but turns out that software wasn't 100% accurate in the first place and it was  not in the black persons favor when it came to this software
E= oh jay let me guess you blame yourself for his death too
J= yes I did especially after I learned he was a husband and had a little boy at home so I decided to make it up to his family by helping his little boy practice some baseball and whatever I can for the family
E= like to know a man that I know you are
J= well it actually didn't work out best for me
E= how come jay
J= well that mother angela got her self involved with some pretty bad people where she owed them money so they ended up kidnapping her and kidnapping me
E= oh man now I wish I was there
J= while I was kidnapped the guys kept beating me up to get information to see if I know anything
E=  which you didn't know of course and you wouldn't tell him anyway
J= no I didn't and I definitely wouldn't give that information up i'm very good at that
E= yes you are I remember back when Derek keys  kidnapped you you were tortured for a while and still don't give up anything
J= oh yeah so at one point I was finally able to break free from where I was held  because the one of the guys gif  knocked unconscious . So I went up to see if I can find a way out and I seen another guy I started to fight him but I was a little discombobulated. Because my vision was very bad but I was able to get him on the ground
E= like always
J= well in that moment Haley came into the warehouse where I was being held she checked on me for a quick second and then I decided to go check on angela since I knew the team was here but when I got down there she had a gun and shot me in the shoulder
E= okay so I have a few questions now first question where did angela get the gun from
J= she got it from the bad guy that we were able to take down together before I was able to get free from those handcuffs
E= all right that makes sense and my other question is why didn't Haley go check in the basement instead of have you do it like a good cop should
J= that is a question I don't know so after being shot I blacked out for a while and next thing I know I'm waking up at med with Will sitting by my bed
E= that had to be hard for you because you hate hospitals and needles and then you wake up and have your ugly brother sitting right there
J= oh yeah tell me about it so about seven weeks later I was healed up and was back to normal and then nine months ago Haley came back from New York
E= do you know what as I'm thinking about it I did see Haley when she was here in New York working
J= wait you did really
E= yes I did it was for a quick second though but I said hi to her and asked her how she was doing when I was walking away I told her to say hi to you Hank and everyone else in the district form me
J= she never said anything about that when she got back to Chicago
E= wow I'm surprised
J= well after a few weeks after she got back from New York the FBI sent her a package I had an offer in it to come join them for real, she was thinking about it she asked me what I thought and I've course was happy for her but I also had mixed feelings about her taking a job because that means both of my female partners would have left and went to work for the FBI
E= it makes total sense why you would feel that way Jay
J= Well one night me and Her met up to talk about it and I guess that night I realize maybe I had feelings for her so I decided to just kiss where are the blue and from there on out we started dating and everything was going good until about two months ago everything changed
E= what happened
J=  well our deputy superintendent son got killed by some big crime people, so Hank decided to go after the whole crime ring to get justice for her son, so we came up with a plan to all go our separate ways with a handful of patrolman and hit multiple houses at the same time
E= that's not a bad idea
J= well when Kim was checking out one target house she ended up getting kidnapped
E= wait no way poor Kim
J= yeah she was held in a warehouse and then all sudden got shot by Roy Walton
E= oh my poor Kim why is she always getting hurt
J= I know it's crazy so when the team learned that she went missing we all started to look for her but there was a problem
E= there was what was it
J= well me and Kevin wanted to go about it the right way in legal way But Hank and Adam didn't care what walls they follow or not follow they wanted to get Kim back
E= makes sense
J= it was so bad that Adam and Kevin ended up getting in a fight and actually threw few punches toward  each other
E= wow I didn't think that anything would make them so mad each other where  they throw punches
J= oh yeah it was very tense for a while but eventually me and Kevin found Kim she somehow crawled from the warehouse she was into a car that was nearby and turn on the blinkers and that's as far as she got luckily for us we were able to find her that way
E= wow Kim is such a bad ass to be able to do that when she is so badly hurt
J= oh yeah so while me and Kevin was finding Kim and drove her to the hospital Hank found Roy and try to get him to tell him where Kim was at
E= of course in hanks kind way
J= oh yeah well eventually Haley ended up noticing that Hank was off on bud own so she followed him to where he was, she wanted to arrest  Roy once we said over the radio that Kim was found but Hank didn't think he deserved to be in jail for the rest of his life,
E= he wanted him dead
J= Oh yeah so I don't really know what happened because I wasn't there but somehow Haley shot A few times and he died so Hank took care of the body
E= by bringing  his body to his special place
J= oh yeah I just learned this stuff a couple weeks ago about what they did with Roy
E= she didn't tell you that night at all happened
J= no she didn't but she did some thing else that night
E= what did she do
J= she randomly asked me to marry her
E= wow that's very bold of her to do so did you say yes to her
J= I didn't that night because they were so much going on and we need to get back to the hospital to check on Kim but a couple days later I ended up saying yesterday but first I decided to propose to Her myself since I am a very traditional man
E= Of course you are so did Haley or Hank ever tell Kim what is the best team that Roy was dead
J= no they haven't
E= ( gets mad) i'm sorry what that's beyond stupid they should have at least talk to Kim that the person that shot her is dead if it was me I would've told Kim right away so she could breathe a side of relief
J= yeah same so about a week ago Hank told me everything that Haley did so I asked Haley and at first she was denying it but she finally told me the truth so I decided to leave and stay at Will for a while  to create some space between us
E= I bet your brother loves you to come live with him again
J= Oh yeah so the reason I can't was the FBI started to look into Roy's case And also try to find him well it turns out they found his body so the other day the FBI agent showed me and decided to give me a choice of what I should do
E= what was the choice
J= well option one was he was me and Haley
E= wow really what was the other choice
J= option two is I help him take down Hank and me and Haley are both cleared of anything to do with Roy
E= did you give him an answer
J= no I didn't that's why I'm here to see what you were doing my shoes
E= well yeah you are in a tricky place I don't know what I would do either
J= Great you are no  help Erin I wasted a whole trip for nothing
E= ( laughs) i'm sorry Jay I just think it's a impossible decision like I wouldn't want to get myself and the person I care about arrested but I couldn't take down Hank for this crime  either
J= well if this happened about 2 1/2 years ago I would think about not turning on Hank because we kind of started to become friends
E= wait what you and Hank were friends at one point
J= yeah at one point he said that whatever happens this unit was going to be mine
E= well that seems pretty cool so I don't know about you but all this talking has made me super hungry
J= I guess things never change
E= I guess not so why don't I order Chinese food do you still like the same thing from when we were together
J= yes i did
E= all right I'll go order the food then

While Erin goes and orders the food I take a look around her place, The food arrives in about 30 minutes while we eat our food Erin tells me how it's been here in New York for her the past few years, after we eat I am chip going back to my hotel room for the day. The next day she hast to work so I just lay around my hotel room and then go sightseeing around New York. The third day that I am in New York is getting ready when somebody knocked on my door

J= give me one second ( opens door) hey Erin what are you doing here
E= well for one I bought you some coffee
J= why thank you( hands over the coffee)
E= you're welcome I also wanted to come over to continue talking about what we were talking about a couple days ago
J= oh you do well come on in ( she does)
E= not a bad hotel
J= no it isn't
E= so yesterday when I was at work I decided to look into the Roy case myself
J= Erin you didn't have to
E= I know but I wanted to because you and the unit on my family and I wanted to see what I can do to help my family
J= well that's nice of you so what did you find out
E=  Nothing much
J= oh man that sucks
E= but I did find something that would help you make a choice
J= oh really what is that 
E= well I think you know this but the FBI doesn't have anything on you
J= yes I kind of figured that but I'm glad to hear it
E= yeah the FBI has a lot more on Haley for this crime 
J= what about Hank
E= they have some on Hank but it's nothing that can be held up in court
J= wow that's crazy
E= so before I say the next thing I have a question for you
J= you do what is it
E= so at this point after do you want everything about Haley do you still want to be with her
J= So right when  Hank told me everything she did he made a comment that has been in my head since then
E= he did what was it
J= he reminded me how good we were as partners by saying ever since I've been with Haley I've been shot three times and kidnapped she doesn't have my back like you have had in the past
E= I guess not so...
J= and then since I really Haven't seen her besides being at work and just being here hanging out with you I think I just said that maybe I don't love her as much as I thought I did or maybe as much as I loved you 
E= so does that mean you would be okay if she got arrested
J= yes I will be
E= all right sorry it comes down to this point jay
J= it's all right
E= so that brings me to my next thing which is I will be coming back to Chicago with you to arrest Haley
J= wait really you're coming back to Chicago and two of us Her couldn't the FBI in Chicago do that part
E= they could but I want to do it to feel like I'm helping you guys also I kind of want to see everyone once again since I haven't been there in a few years are you fine with it
J= yeah I am fine with that I think maybe I should call agent North to tell him what I have decided
E= oh yeah besides I'll talk to him to
J= all yeah all right ( call him) hello can I speak to agent walking north

AWN=  oh AJ have you made A decision yet
J= yes I have and I have decided that .......
