General pov;  this is a one shot set in the middle of season four they find Kevin Bingham's body the one who killed Justin voight a little faster than they actually did in season five right now everyone is at work doing their normal paperwork

AR= Why is paperwork taking this long how come this can't be any easier

J= it's really not that bad
P= hey guys
KA= hey Platt what are you doing up here don't tell me we have a case.
P= no you guys don't it's Hank around 
HV= ( walks into the bullpen) what's up Trudy
P= there are some fBI's here
FBL= detective Lindsey
FBM= detective Olinsky you guys are under arrest
FBL= for the cover-up of Kevin Bingham's murder
AR= what  hell is going on
KA= Erin what's going on
J= where are you taking them
FBL= are you family sir
J= no I am not
FBL= then I can't tell you anything
HV= then tell me I am her father and her boss
FBM= we are taking them to the 23rd and fed
J= i'll be right there Erin
E= all right ( they leave)
AD= Hank what the hell is going on with them
KA= Jay do you know what's going on
J= should we tell them
HV= not right now I got to go down there and try to figure out something
J= i'll come with you
HV= no you won't stay here ( pulls out his phone) i'm gonna send you two numbers I need you to call them for me
J= all right

I think leaves to meet up with Alvin and Erin at the feds office Jacobs and calls the number Hank sent him which happened to be lawyers and then decided that he wanted to be there whenever they released Erin from their custody so he sat outside for a while for either an update or when Erin  came out , he ends up waiting outside for about seven hours when all the sudden Erin comes out

E= oh my God Jay ( runs and hugs him)
J= are you Okay
E= I am now
J= so what happened in there
E= nothing really they asked all kinds of questions
J= you didn't answer any of them right
E= no I didn't my lawyer took over for me thanks for calling out
J= it's no problem
E= can we maybe go somewhere else to talk about this all
J= yeah we could go home so I'm guessing you want to drive
E= is that even a question hand those keys over Mister

Jay handover keys to Erin  then they drive home but first grab something to eat before they get home

J= it feels good to be home
E= tell me about it so were you waiting outside the Fed's office all day today
J= yes I was I wanted to be there whenever you got out I would have stayed all night  if I had

E= oh how sweet but I haven't eaten anything today so let's just eat our food
J= all right let's eat

They sit down and eat their food

E= so how was the bullpen after I was escorted out of there in handcuffs like how was everyone
J= they all were wondering what was going on
E= oh yeah I bet
J= they also asked me if I knew any
E= did you tell him anything
J= no Hank told me not to tell him he will do it another time
E= all right good I think they need to know pretty soon anyways
J= oh yeah 
E= so while I was doing a lot of planning I got to thinking about something
J= you did what about it
E= so since you know about everything that went down I'm worried they might come after you
J= well if they do I'll handle myself
E= I know that babe but I was thinking to make sure we are both safe from anything that the feds want to do why don't we just get married
J= wait what did you just say
E= we should get married
J= That is something I didn't think I would ever hear from you
E= oh really
J= yes I'm serious
E= okay well I'm serious about the idea of we should get married
J= you are
E= yeah this way if they try to go after me or you we can testify against each other so it works out for the better
J= it does
E= so ( gets down on one knee ) Jay Alexander will you please do the honor of marrying me
J= ( laughs) when you really are asking me this right now
E= oh yes I am so what do you say babe will you marry me
J= (kneels down) i'm really traditional in that way so I like to do it myself so will you Erin Nicole Lindsay do you mean the honor and marry me
E= I have course will marry you only if you say yes to me
J= yes a million times yes babe
