Authors note: this episode one shot is based on 3x16 kinda it's pretty much a couple weeks after 3x14, also it's kind of also based on SVU's episode where Olivia Benson gets kidnapped by William Lewis that's where I got my inspiration from so I hope you like it

Erin's pov; it's been a couple weeks since Yates escaped prison came back to Chicago and then I killed him, at first I was a little shaken up That I was the one that killed him but after a couple hours I was glad I didn't kill him because I got justice for Nadia and the other women he ever since that night Jay has been super Great and very helpful I'm glad I have him right now me and Jay are watching TV right before bed

J=  are you okay babe
E= yeah I am babe thanks for checking in on me ( kiss)
J= you are totally welcome it looks like you're tired
E= yes maybe I am
J= OK how about we stop watching the show finish it later and then head off to bed
E= that sounds great let's go
J= all right ( they Head to bed)
E= OK I may be tired but you do look very sexy right now
J= Oh I do so maybe a little scrabble before I go to sleep
E= that sounds amazing

Me and Jay play quick And fun round of Scrabble then we become exhausted and fell straight to sleep
( in dreamland)

GY= detective Lindsey
E= Yates put down the knife
GY= why would I do that
E= Yates you got one last chance to put down the knife
GY= or what Lindsay
E= you are under arrest

Before I can say anything else she eats comes after me and I get knocked out everything goes black
( at the house where Yates was at)

HV= Erin where are you Chicago PD Chicago PD ( see a body) anybody here ( search is the house doesn't see anyone but she's a necklace laying on the ground)

AD= hey hank
FT= hey voight
NA= was he here
J= where is he
HV= so he was here but I searched the whole house he must have disappeared
FT= how is that possible didn't Erin come find him
J= wait Erin Came after him wasn't she supposed to stay put at the district
HV= she was but then Yates FaceTime her and told her to come meet him here but to be alone
J= and of course she came
HV= that's Erin for you well nobody is here but he did kill somebody so there's a body also I found this but I'm not sure if it is hers
( shows them )
J= wait that is her
NA= are you sure Jay
J= yes I'm sure I bought it for her a few weeks ago
AD= she must' of left it behind to let us know that she was here
J= oh yeah she is being smart that way
HV= all right so he must have her so I need you Antonio to put an alert out for gates and in a missing Chicago police officer
AO= copy that
HV= everyone else let's get back to the station to find them
FT= let's go

They all headed back to the station
( now with Erin and yates )

GY= wake up detective Lindsay
E= wait what happened
GY= we took a little drive
E= wait where are we
GY= we are near a nice beach to relax
E= ( notice) what have you done to me why is my head hurting
GY= you hit your head so that's why
E= okay whatever Yates ( starts yelling ) somebody help me
GY= you will soon find out but right now here's something to eat and drink
E= how do no if you didn't poison it or not
GY= you will have to trust me
E= fine ( start eating)
GY= so how is it
E= it's okay
GY= good eat up I got plans for you after you eat
E= what do you have planned
GY= you will see

Back at the station

HV= so does anyone have anything
AR= I got nothing yet
AD=. Yes same here
KA= wait a minute I think I just got something
J= you did What do you got Kevin
KA= so a ring cam got footage of a guy caring passed out Erin out of the house into the car
J= that Hass to be Yates you bastard
HV= is there anything else you can see like which way he went
KA= all I got is the car went north but I can't follow it very far
HV= all right that's at least something for now but everyone keep looking there has to be something else
AD= copy me
