CHAPTER 48. Lost

Sari-saring mura na ang lumalabas sa bibig ni Shenna at nina Kenzo dahil palapit na nang palapit ang kanilang mga kalaban. Ilang sandali lang ay maabutan na sila.

Now they have no choice but to prepare themselves for the worst case scenario. They have to be ready for another round of battle.

Suddenly, a group of bikers appeared across them. They can hear the revving engines coming from the motorbikes getting closer as they drive straight to them, nowhere to go.

“We‘re totally fcked up!” Kenji exclaimed, but he was laughing. As if he wasn‘t really that anxious to be trapped.

But as they go on, a smile of relief formed in their faces as they see the flag of Falcon waving to them.

“Finally!” Shenna exclaimed.

Nakahinga sila ng maluwag kahit papaano. Ngunit hindi pa rin sila maaaring makampante, lalo na‘t isa sa mga humahabol sa kanila ay ang Hari.

Buong kalsada ay napupuno ng miyembro ng Falcon at tuloy-tuloy lang sa pagpapatakbo. Paunti-unti na rin ang pagbagal ng pagtakbo ng ilang mga bikers sa likod ng SOD sa takot na magkaroon ng malaking banggaan.

But King didn‘t slow down and he was still maintaining the distance and pace between him and Shadow. Kaya kahit na nandiyan na ang back-up nila, hindi malabong ma-corner pa rin siya ni King.

A space was formed in the middle of Falcon, giving way to the Shadow of Death. It seems like King figured out what they were planning, so, he drove even faster and he was planning to slip through the way that Falcon created for SOD, because if the latter was the first one to pass through that way, he was very certain that Falcon will immediately close it so that the persuers wouldn‘t be able to follow them any longer. The Falcon was ready to crash onto the incoming dozens of bikers, they can feel it in the way they drive.

And King knows, that when he lose Shadow here, it will be harder to find her next time. And worst, there won‘t be next time anymore. So, he has to capture her, right now.

Halos nauuna na si King sa SOD kaya naman nagsimula na ring kabahan ang huli. Mabibigo sila sa pinaplano kapag naunahan sila ni King. Kaya naman mas binilisan pa nila ang takbo. But he was just so fast that it was really hard to keep up. And that moment, the mysterious man made his move again, driving off with full speed, going in front of the King‘s car to block him.

Even the Shadow of Death was surprised with the crazy stunt he suddenly did. Because the King wasn‘t even bothered that a person will get seriously injured or worse die if he hit his motorcycle. He still drove at his current speed and has no intention to slow down even if the motorcycle and the car is already momentarily bumping into each other. The mysterious man almost lost his balance.

The mysterious man pulled out his gun out again and shoot the windshield, causing for King to abruptly change course. Dahil sa kaniya, tuluyan nang nauna ang Shadow of Death at matagumpay silang nakadaan sa gitna ng Falcon.

“YEAAAAHH!”

“WHOOOOOHHH!”

The members screamed with relief and excitement as they pass through the way. After that, the Falcon compressed again, closing the way towards the Shadow of Death and eventually clashing head on to the pursuers.
