Tomorrow finally came. You had been up since 6am, anxiously awaiting the call from Big Hit. You made yourself do your morning stretches. You were sore from all the strenuous dancing yesterday. You danced harder than you ever had before, you hoped it would pay off. You caught your breath after doing some yoga and walked into the kitchen. Ashley wasn't up yet. You decided to fry some scrambled eggs and bacon.

The crispy smell of bacon must have woken Ashley up because she stumbled into the kitchen. "I hope you made some for me too." She rubbed one of her closed eyes. You nodded, laughing at her bedhead. You dumped some eggs and bacon onto two plates and handed one to Ashley. "Thank you gorgeous!" She greatly appreciated. After biting off a piece of bacon, she couldn't wait anymore. "Did you get the call yet?" You shook your head no. Big Hit Staff hadn't called yet. You let out a deep sigh. "Maybe it's a bad sign." You hung your head, so anxious and worried.

"Even if you don't get, you did awesome, I'm sure. I wish I could have seen," Ash regretted she couldn't be there to watch and also offer her support. Ashley then picked up your empty plates and went to wash them. She rinsed them and stopped when she heard your phone ring. Both your heads snapped up quickly. You took a deep breath before answering.

"Hello? Yes, this is she." Ashley dropped everything and stood in front of you expectantly, watching your reaction. "Oh okay, thank you so much! You can send the information to my email I put on file! Thank you!" You hung up and started jumping up and down screaming. Ashley quickly joined in. "You got it?!" Her screaming was matching your pitch. "Yes! Yeees!" You hugged each other tightly while celebrating in jumps. "I knew you could do!" She really did, Ashley believed in you from the moment you got invited to audition.

"Put on something cute, we'll go out to eat and celebrate and go shopping!" Ashley was still jumping up and down, almost more excited than you. "Okay!" You agreed quickly and ran into your room to get dressed. You threw on some leggings, boots, and a crop top hoodie. "Let's go!"

The two of you had done some shopping. You decided to buy a new outfit just in case you really did get to celebrate with J-Hope. You had so much hope that he wasn't just saying that. After some retail therapy, Ashley treated you to lunch. You ate at one of the most popular burger joints nearby. Everything was so scrumptious, and you wolfed it down. You rubbed your protruding full belly. You picked up your phone off the table when it dinged.

"So I heard you got in. This is great news, we must celebrate!" You raised your eyebrow at the random number you didn't know. Then your heart stopped once you read the message. No, this couldn't be J-Hope. How did he get your number? This was probably a joke. "What?" Ashley asked looking at your shocked face. You showed her the message. "This is probably a joke right?" You refused to believe that THE Jung Hoseok just texted you. "I dunno cutie, that area code is 82, that isn't a US number." She was right, you stared at the number.

"There's no way this is who I think it is." You decided to see for yourself, playing along for now. You bit your lip nervously as Ashley paid the check and sipped the last bit of her drink.

"I HOPE you know who this is. =)" Your heart started pumping. Ashley said something about leaving now but you were in your own world. You stood up with her unconsciously and walked out of the restaurant staring at your phone.

"Prove it, I don't believe you." You chewed on your bottom lip some more. There was no way, no way. You weren't sure how J-Hope was going to get a hold of you to celebrate, but this seemed too good to be true. You had his number now. If it truly was him. Soon a multimedia text was coming in. You swallowed heavily.

                Your mouth hung open

Your mouth hung open. It was a selfie, this beautiful man sent you a selfie. You looked up and you were somehow in Ashley's car, sitting, she was giving you the most clueless look. You were flabbergasted, when did you get here? You were so engrossed in this mystery number that you blacked out?

"Well is it him?" Ashley was impatient at this point; you hadn't heard anything she was saying. She shoved your shoulder, and you showed the picture to her. She sucked in a deep breath. You did the same, but then you had a realization.

"You could have gotten that off the internet."

You were being stubborn at this point. But to be fair, you weren't wrong, this person could have googled J-Hope's name and found that. You stared at your screen, saw that the person was typing something, you held your breath. Then the typing image stopped. You waited not breathing. Then your heart halted all together when that number started calling you.

"H-Hello?" You answered shakily. "Do you have trust issues?" J-Hope's very familiar voice was coming through the speaker. You were speechless. J-Hope had called you. Was this reality? "W-well, it is you, I couldn't be sure." You were stuttering again. "Aish." You heard him say on the other line. He seemed annoyed, but honestly you kind of found it funny. "It's obviously me, I have to go, I'll keep texting." He hung up immediately. Ashley watched you. "He called you?!" She was as astonished as you were.

"Okay. Celebrate?" J-Hope texted you again. You stopped breathing again. What did he have in mind? You were more than down, but if just texting him made you that nervous, how you could handle any celebration.

"Sure! But when and where?" Ashley was looking over your shoulder at this point. She was tired of being ignored and wanted her burning questions answered.

"Let's meet at Huntington Beach tomorrow at 6pm. I've been wanting to visit there."

"Okay." You rapidly responded before he could change his mind. Ashley was screaming, ear-piercingly loud in your ear. "Oh my god, maybe this is a date!" She was so loud. You covered your ears and told her to hush. "Don't jump to such silly conclusions!" You shouted over her. She went straight-faced. "Oh yeah?" She gave you an evil smirk. "Out of the fifty dancers, why does he want to celebrate with you?" You swallowed. She had a point. Great, now you were more nervous.
