Niall: I walked into my maths class, immediately catching the eye of my best friend, who was sitting in the back with a cute boy next to her. She gave me puppy eyes and mouthed, "I'm sorry" as I glared at her. Maths was her worst subject, and (Y/BFF/N) had made me promise to sit next to her to help. She pleaded with me with her eyes as the boy next to her let out a loud laugh at something one of his friends said. I nodded to her and she blew me kisses, and I laughed despite myself.

I glanced around the room, looking for an open seat. Everyone had pretty much entered class, and the only available seat was next to a boy in the middle of the room. I sighed, walking over to him and pointing at the empty chair. "Is anyone sitting here?"

The boy smiled at me and shook his head, gesturing for me to take the seat. I sat down, pulling out my notebook and pencil.

"You like guitar?" I heard a voice ask next to me, and I turned to see the stranger looking down at the sticker of a guitar that I had stuck on my notebook. I nodded, pushing some hair behind my ears. Talking to cute boys was definately a job for (Y/BFF/N).

"Yeah, I'm trying to learn how to play, but I can't find a decent teacher," I mumbled, and I felt the boy laugh.

"I play guitar. I'd be happy to teach you!" he smiled, and I found myself smiling back. This boy took adorable to a whole new level.

"Will you?"

"Sure. But I hear you're good in maths, Y/N," he continued on as the bell rang and the teacher started to organize his things.

"Uh. I guess, yeah. Wait, you know my name?" I asked, confused. No one ever really knew my name or actually noticed me except for my friends and the occasional teacher.

The boy blushed. "Yeah, I've known your name for quite a while." His eyes grew wide and he looked at me fearfully. "Not like that, no! Not creepy like. I've just have a little bit of a crush on you for a few years," he blurted out, facepalming himself after his confession.

I blushed and played with my hair again, smiling slightly as I looked down at the table. "I'll help you with maths if you want," I mumbled to him after a minute of silence.

The boy smiled at me gratefully, and I wrote my number on a piece of paper, gesturing for him to do the same. He did, scribbling his name at the top as well. Niall. I felt my heart flutter when his hand touched mine, and I blushed, trying to refocus my attention on the lesson that had just started.

An hour later, the bell rang, and I smiled at Niall, waving, before meeting up with a smirking (Y/BFF/N) by the door. "Looks I'm not the only one who snagged a cute boy this class."

Louis: "Babe, you coming to my game tonight?" Louis asked me, leaning up against the locker next to me as I punched in the code to get into my own.

"Of course. Why wouldn't I?" I asked, kissing Louis's cheek as a relieved smile popped onto his face.

"Alright, good. I'll see you later tonight then." Louis returned the kiss to my cheek before sprinting down the hall to make it in time for his last class.

Later that night, I walked up the bleacher stairs, phone in one hand, hot chocolate in the other. I sat next to my best friend, and we cheered as the football/soccer team ran out on the field, Louis leading the pack. I saw Louis glance over at me, and I winked at him, pointing to the spare jersey of his that I wore. He grinned at me before turning back to talk with his team, and I felt my friend nudge me.

The game was one of those matches where everyone is on the edge of their seats. The score was tied 1-1 for the majority of the game, and the winner would be the one progressing on to the playoffs. It was a pretty big deal for both teams, and especially to Louis.
