Here's a Louis imagine for Haley! I hope you like it! :)

**Haley’s P.O.V**

 “Louis, when are you coming home?” I sighed into the phone, bouncing our daughter, Alexa, on my hip.

 “Ten minutes. I’ll be home in ten minutes, love. I’m sorry I’m late,” he apologized excessively. Alexa was about a year old, and Louis and I thought that she was going to start walking soon. I knew Louis didn’t want to miss his daughter’s first steps.

 “It’s okay. I’ll have dinner ready when you get home.”

 “Great! Can you set an extra plate too? Niall wants to stop by, and he’ll probably eat.”

 I laughed and agreed before hanging up, setting Alexa in her highchair. “Okay, ready, honey? Here comes the plane,” I said in a cheery baby voice. Alexa laughed and opened her mouth for the “plane.”

 I continued to feed her like this for five minutes before quieting down, watching Alexa chew her food. “Thank God no one is here to see me like this,” I muttered, scooping up a little bit more of Alexa’s food.

 Around five minutes later, I heard the front door open, and Louis’s voice rang out. “Haley! Alexa! I’m home! And I brought Niall!” I laughed and picked up Alexa before bringing her to the front door to greet my husband and Alexa’s “uncle.”

 “Where’s my little princess?” Louis cooed after kissing my cheek. He pulled Alexa into his arms while she made grabby hands at him, leaving me to greet Niall and offer him food.

 “Food sounds lovely, Haley, as usual,” Niall joked, leading the way into the kitchen.

 “You fed her, love?” Louis asked me, following us into the kitchen with Alexa still in his arms.

 “Yeah, right before you got home. Now eat,” I replied, pushing a bowl of pasta towards him.

Niall was halfway done with his by the time Louis started. “This is unbelievable, Haley,” he complimented, shoving another spoonful into his mouth.

 “Thank you, Niall,” I said, washing the dishes from Alexa’s and my dinner.

 “It is fantastic, Hales,” Louis agreed. “Did I tell you that Liam ordered this really good pizza today for lunch? He said his mum gave him the number to the place, and, once again, Liam’s mum rules. How many slices did you eat again, Ni?”

 “About six,” he said through a mouthful of pasta.

 “Six?!” I repeated in disbelief. I had been friends with the guys for many years now, but it still managed to surprise me how much they all ate.

 “Yeah, I took a video of it. It’s only, like, two minutes. Let me show you,” Louis said, placing Alexa on the chair next to him so that he could check his pockets. He frowned, noticing that they were empty. “Hold on. I must have left my phone by the front door.” He stood up, leaving the kitchen to go find his phone.

 I turned to continue conversation with Niall, but I was cut off by Alexa whimpering. “Dada?” she whispered, sliding out of the chair until her feet touched the ground. She turned and let go of the chair, managing to take one step towards the door before falling to her hands and knees.

 “Alexa,” I cried, rushing over to her to make sure she wasn’t too hurt. Her only reply was to make grabby hands at the door and whisper  “Dada.”

 “Louis! Come here!” I shouted, and I heard footsteps hurry down the hall.

 “What? What is it?” he asked anxiously as he burst into the kitchen and saw me and Alexa on the floor.

 I opened my mouth to respond, but I was cut off with Alexa squealing, “Dada!” happily. She shakily stood up and took three steps to Louis before toppling over into her father’s arms.

 Louis stood there frozen, staring at his gleeful daughter in shock. “Haley, she walked,” he murmured. “Hales! She took her first steps!” he squealed too, swinging Alexa into his arms as she laughed with delight.

 “I know, Louis! And she took her first steps toward you too.”

“She’s definitely daddy’s little girl,” he smiled, kissing me lightly.

“Yeah, she is. And now you can’t be jealous anymore that her first word was mama,” I joked, kissing Louis’s cheek as he laughed and hugged our daughter tightly.

Idk, man, this gave me Louis feels aha I hope you liked it, Haley. And I hope it's okay that I nicknamed you "Hales" sometimes in this aha If you don't like the name Alexa either, I can change that.
