Calum made everyone go home while Ashton, Luke, Michael and Allison were in the library/laboratory room from Michael.
"Is he going to be okay?" A scared Allison asked.
"Yes, he's really powerful. You smashing him against a tree won't kill him. The most damage you did was probably hurt his pride," Michael said, trying to make her feel better which she appreciated.
"You must have a lot of questions," Luke said.
"A couple yes," she replied.
"And we'll answer them just not now, we're not alone," Calum said coming back into the room.
The lights started to flicker just as Calum warned them and the temperature dropped.
"Hello again," Jake greeted them, "Allison, how lovely to see you awake,"
She recognized that voice but she couldn't place where. All she could remembered was that he hurt her very badly. Emotionally and physically.
"Why do I recognize you?" She asked.
"Because I'm the closest thing to family that you have left. Your really family, of course. Not that weak excuse of adoptive parents," he replied.
"But you hurt me? If you'd really be family, why would you hurt me?" She asked confused.
"Because I had to save you. I had to hurt you in order to save your life," he lied.
"Don't listen to him, Allison. He's lying," Michael warned her.
"But am I? I'm the only one in this room who hasn't betrayed her and kept her in the dark like you did," Jake said.
"You tried to kill her," Luke countered.
"On the contraire, I wanted to make her stronger. I knew her father would sacrifice himself so she could survive and develop demon powers. It was a tragic decision, I know. But I had to make it because I knew you'd do great things, Allison," Jake assured her.
"You... You know what's wrong with me?" The girl asked.
"Of course, love. I can even help you while those devilish creatures would just preform tests on you and lock you away until they give up and kill you," Jake answered.
"We won't do that, Allison. The only thing we want is to help you and make us understand everything that's going on," Michael said.
"You have to trust us," Luke added.
"How can you aspect me to trust you when all you've ever done is lie to me?" Allison asked.
"Come with me, Allison. These demons would only hurt you. I'll keep you safe. I promise," Jake said reaching out from in the shadow to Allison.
"Stay away from her," Luke said stepping in front of her but that wasn't so effective since Jake was a shadow and just moved to the other side of the room so now nobody was standing in front of the human.
Michael stepped forward and shielded her from that side but again it didn't matter because there was still a space that he could reach her.
