After Calum and Allison had their small conversation, the five teenagers didn't do much. They just sat around and talked.

More like Allison asked the questions and the demons answered.

"So that's it? Devil hour, you have feelings when you fall in love, you take souls to stay alive, there's a demon counsel, a shadow world, there's an actual hell... did I miss anything?" She asked.

"That's pretty much it," Ashton agreed.

"Okay cool, when will we start the training session?" Allison asked.

"Tomorrow," Michael answered.

"Cool, I'm gonna make some food, you want some? Wait stupid question you guys don't need food, I'm sorry," She apologized.

"No, we don't need it indeed but that doesn't mean we don't eat it. I mean, you know how good pizza tastes like. Do you really think we wanna miss out on that?" Luke chuckled.

"So yeah, we would love if you'd make something for us too," Michael smiled.

"I'll help," Ashton said.

"Sure," the brunette smiled, feeling her cheeks turn pink.

The two walked towards the kitchen in silent.

"So what are we making?" Ashton asked her.

"I was thinking about a sandwich wrap," she said.

"Okay..." he said a bit unsure.

"Crap you don't have all the ingredients," she mumbled.

"I can ask if the guys want to and get them?" He suggested.

"Do you think they'll want to do that?" Allison asked.

"Of course," he said and left to go ask the others.

She let out a breath that she didn't know she was holding after Ashton left. Ever since she admitted she has feelings for him she couldn't help but feel her heart beating faster and heel her cheeks heat up whenever they were alone.

"They left to do it," Ashton said as he reentered the kitchen.

"Okay good," she smiled feeling her heart beat fast again because she realized they were the only ones home.

"Why's your heart beating so fast?" He suddenly asked.

"You can hear that?" She asked surprised.

"Yeah, advanced hearing is also one of the perks of being a demon," he explained.

"Good to know," she mumbled.

"I think I know why your heart is beating so fast," Ashton said.

"No you don't," the girl denied immediately.

"But I do. Look Allison you're a great girl and all but-"

"But you're a demon who already found his true love. I get it. It explains why you had feelings from the moment I met you. It's okay, honestly, I'll get over it," she rambled.

"I was gonna say that I don't want to put you in danger because I feel the same way..." he corrected her.

"You- I- what?" She asked confused.

"You're the reason why I got my feelings back, Allison," he smiled softly at her as he took a step closer.

"How?" She whispered.

"Because I fell for you. The way you talk, the way you laugh, the way you always try to stay positive. You're an amazing person and I couldn't help but take interest in you," he explained.

"I don't know what to say," Allison confessed as their eyes locked.

"Then don't," he whispered as he slowly wrapped his arm around her.

She softly placed her hand on her torso, not breaking eye contact.

"Can I kiss you?" Ashton asked like the gentleman he is.

Allison replied by closing her eyes and pressing her lips softly to his.

It was a soft and meaningful kiss. Like they put all their emotions in that one little gesture.

The kiss was abruptly interrupted by the other demons coming in the kitchen and cheering.

"Told you he would finally make a move, come on give me my money," Michael enthusiastically said.

Calum and Luke grumbled some not very nice words underneath their breath and payed Michael.

"You bet on us?" Allison asked rather upset.

"No, of course not we..." Michael immediately defended himself but he couldn't find a good excuse so he trailed off mid sentence.

"How much did you ask?" Ashton asked unimpressed.

"10 from each," Michael proudly said.

"We're only 10 bucks worth? Dude you should at least have asked a little more," the older demon joked.

"Nice to see that you're finding this amusing," Allison huffed.

"Aw come on Alli, it was only a joke," Luke pouted.

"Yeah? You know what's funny too? You not getting any of my food," she said sticking her tongue out at the demons.

"Yeah, take that," Ashton laughed.

"What made you think you get any?" she asked him raising her eyebrow at the demon.

"I didn't bet on us," he defended himself.

"You encourage them," she said and flipped her hair over her shoulder while she turned around and went back into the kitchen.

The four demons looked at each other and broke out in protest while they followed their friend in the kitchen.

"We're sorry Allison," Calum pouted.

"Yeah, please make some for us too," Luke said while giving her puppy dog eyes.

"If you behave, I'll think about it. And now... get out my kitchen!" She playfully ordered.

They saluted her and let Allison do her work.

Allison started cooking the chicken and cutting the vegetables when Ashton walked back in.

"What do you want?" She asked as she looked up at the boy for who she fell.

"I just wanted to finish what we started," he smirked.

He wrapped his arms around her and pulled her in for another kiss.

The kiss got interrupted again but this time only by Calum.

"Hey! No baby-making on my food," he joked.

"Glad you're starting to warm up to me, Cal," Allison mumbled into Ashton shoulder.

"Me too, but I'm gonna go before Ashton will threaten me again with him being 'the most powerful demon of all'" he mocked him.

Ashton picked up a tomato and threw it at Calum but he was already out of the room before it could hit him.

"Ashton! Now we have to clean it up!" Allison exclaimed.

"I'm glad you said 'we'," Ashton smiled down at her.

"Did I say we? I meant you. Have fun sweetie," she said as she patted him on the chest.

"I love it that you're already giving me pet names," He cheekily said.

"Oh shut up Irwin and get to cleaning," she chuckled and continued preparing the food.
