The road to love (Legoriel Fanfic)

First kiss.

Tauriel returned to the palace just as thunder clapped high above her. She ran in. It had started to rain.
It was about dawn.She went directly to Legolas' room.She asked the healer for some time alone

A few minutes later, a guard knocked.
She rolled her eyes. So much for time alone. "Enter!"
"We look for your orders"
"Send word to the king,call him back"
"Is that all?"
"For now..."

The guard bows and leaves.Tauriel looked at her love.He looked a perfect picture of peace.She smiled and sat beside him.She gently wiped the hair off his forehead and kissed it.

Legolas felt a soft touch on his forehead and opened his eyes.The first thing he saw was Tauriel.He smiled.
"Legolas!"she gasped
"I'm stiff as lead.how long is it that I've been sleeping?"
"Only one night."

Legolas noticed tears stains on her beautiful face."You've been crying?"
Tauriel didn't answer the question. "Do you want to sit up?"
Legolas nodded.She helped him up but accidentally touched his wound
"Ah!"
"SORRY!"

His eyes met hers."I asked you something."
Tauriel was on the verge of crying again."Beinion...is dead"
Legolas stiffened. "What?!"
"He was hurt" her voice cracked, "so bad."

Legolas bowed his head in grief. When he raised it again, he found himself in a comfortable position on the pillows. "Tauriel?"
"Hmm?"
He signaled her to come closer.She did.

Without warning Legolas kissed her.
Her body went rigid at first but then she yielded and fell onto the bed with him,not breaking away.
After many pleasant summers it seemed,they broke away. Tauriel smiled at the prince,Legolas realized she must be tired,he shifted his position a little so that she was comfortable beside him.

Tauriel was exhausted,she had been on duty last night and that night she had been tending to the injured.The warm blanket that Legolas covered her with accelerated the sleep and she felt as if she was falling into drowsiness.
Legolas held her close to himself,he felt better."i love you"he whispered in her ear,and kissed her softly once again.Tauriel was too drowsy now to speak,she just nodded and smiled and snuggled closer to Legolas.Feeling his soft body and warm blanket,she felt herself relax and fell off to sleep although day was breaking.

Arwen rummaged through her drawer,searching for her Evenstar.She wanted to give it to Aragorn,as a token of her love.She still couldn't find it.But she found a box.She took it out and opened it.She saw two identical necklaces and she remembered,one had been for ElanorIt brought tears in her eyes,she took hers out and packed the second one.She meant to send it to Mirkwood for Tauriel,she would like it and also,Arwen considered her as a sister.

She found what she was looking for and rushed to the bridge where she told Aragorn to meet her.He was there.After sometime together,Arwen held out Aragorn's hand and placed the Evenstar on his palm.
"I cannot accept this!"
"It is mine to give to whom I will,like my heart",she whispered and kissed him.
