The road to love (Legoriel Fanfic)

I challenge you.

Returning from patrol later that afternoon, Tauriel felt that Legolas was distant from her.Was something wrong?
Because he seemed very worried about something.

"What's wrong Legolas?"her voice was so soothing.
"Hmm?nothing"
"Something is. I know you well enough to say that. Tell me."
Legolas smiled faintly."You do know me,but honest, nothing's wrong"
"Ok,if you say so"she kissed his cheek,"but when you do want to talk,i'll be there"
"i know."he smiled once again.

"Captain Tauriel!"a voice rang behind her.but she didnot need any other warning then the bells ringing at the border.

"Alarm in the south!"she yelled back.
"Oh no,not again" Legolas got his weapons ready.At first Tauriel didnt notice as she ordered the army into a group,but when she did,
"Where do you think you're going?"she crossed her arms and stood infront of him.
"That's adorable,"legolas said and kissed her forehead,then side stepping her,he joined the army, "Lead on captain"he smiled.

"Legolas!"she said desperately but knew that she couldnot persuade him.So she signaled the troop to move fast towards the south borders.

Reaching there, once again Tauriel saw death everywhere,standing there she heard another boom and the opposite watch tower collpsed before her eyes. She saw three orcs running away from the second tower and shot them but by that time another explosion caused the whole tower to collapse.

Then a silence fell,everyone was counting down the seconds to when either side would attack.
"Wait!"Tauriel stepped forward from the first rank.
"what?"Bolg the commander of the orcs replied.
"I challenge Narzug to a one on one fight to decide the fate of this forest."
"WHAT?!"legolas spoke up.
Tauriel raised her hand for silence. Legolas fell quiet.
A smirk spread on Bolg's face. "What do you mean."
"If I win,we will have peace for a month,if you win,this border will be yours"
"Tauriel.."legolas tried again.
"No!"she silenced him.
"Those terms are hard to ignore." Bolg said.He signaled Narzug to come forth.
"Very well, I agree"Narzug said.Bolg nodded.

"Good" Tauriel said and took out her daggers,"These were meant to kill you but instead you made me hurt the one I hold most dear. You'll pay for that,Narzug. You snatched my family,now I'LL KILL YOU!"
"We'll see" Narzug said calmly.
