Welcome party

We arrived at the party venue successfully and it was full with a lot of people looking like in their early twenties and more.

I turned and looked at the girls "I'm not into parties but let's do this" I said and we all smiled but then suddenly I was about to hold Vanessas hand but it was snatched away from me when I looked I saw a very cute smiley person and me been curious to who it was, I saw his curls around his eyes and I noticed it was Mike.

" I hope you don't mind me taking your friend for a while"he said. I smiled and nodded my head. Even though I didn't really know who he was yet, I felt like he was someone safe to be around with so I didn't bother at all I just wished my friends where safe.

I turned and looked around and I didn't see Kaysha anywhere so I knew she was already having fun. I just went to the table and took a cup of drink and went to the balcony.

As I got out to stand on the balcony I thought I was alone but then I saw a dark shadow standing by the end of the wall. The more I looked the more I thought I have seen this person somewhere.

I looked more and saw someone in Jean jacket and normal jeans then he had his hair in a ponytail, some under the ponytail and two straps on his face. This very cute person was Derrick.

" why are you not inside" I asked. He didn't respond instead he twisted the cup he was drinking from and threw it away then he sat down on the chair by him. I also sat down by him but I didn't say anything I just pulled my phone out from my pocket.

" you know if I where you I wouldn't stay here". He said. "Why" I asked out of curiosity "I don't know I'm just saying" he answered. I smirked and got back to looking at my phone screen then I heard someone come outside.

" are you guys secretly making out" I heard someone say " bullshit" I whispered under my breath thinking no one heard me but I heard someone smirk then I turned I looked and saw this tall masculine boy, his hair in a ponytail, Chris.

I then woke up from where I was sitting and just when I was about to go I heard a firm voice from behind me "do you wanna go back into the party hall?" Derrick asked me. At first I wondered why he asked but then I answered " yes". As I was about to go in Christ pushed me back outside and laughed as I knew he must be drunk. I pushed him back and made my way inside.

I had spent so much time outside that I forgot I actually came for a party and not to be on my phone so I kept my phone in my bag and started dancing. Some few guys and girls came around and we danced together. But suddenly I started getting dizzy and tired so I left the dance floor and looked for the nearest chair to sit down. "Ely are you okay?" Someone asked from behind me. I just put my peace fingers up to show that I was fine then the next thing I know I was passed out.

I heard strange voices and people singing and screaming. It also felt like I was in a market place but for the people that where there I didn't see their faces. But suddenly this cute little adorable boy comes to me and asks for help saying he hasn't eating anything yet. I try to help him in my dream but I can't seam to move properly then when I suddenly told him to wait for me by my car, I went into the shop and came back and by the time which I was back the little boy was gone but then I heard people scream more and when I looked into the road, I saw the little boy laying lifelessly in the middle of the road with blood everywhere. I screamed in the dream and started crying.

"Yo what is happening" " is she okay" I heard people murmuring.
"Ely wake up, wake up, Ely!!!" Someone screamed. I shook and woke up just to find my self drowned in tears of all sorts. I looked around and I was at my apartment. Derrick was sitting on the couch which I was and Vanessa and Kaysha knelt infront of me then Chris and Mike where standing beside Derrick.

" don't try to wake up just stay laying down" Derrick pushed me back. I insisted on sitting upright then he looked at me and hissed.

"What happened?" I asked. " it looked like you drank a lot and you suddenly passed out and the next minute you where crying and screaming in your dream. Are you okay?" " yeah I'm fine I just have a headache".

" since you are fine it's better if we get going now" Derrick said. " wait!" I screamed. " it's pretty late now and it's dangerous to drive this late you guys can leave in the morning and thank you for bringing me home. But you guys can crash here". I said to them. Mike and Chris where fine with it but Derrick said no so I insisted until he finally gave in.

I went into the kitchen and made a soft midnight snack for everyone. We ate at the dining table and talked a little bit then I asked " so why did you guys choose Alchemy municipality?". "I want to do medicine in the future. Chris and I" mike answered me. " how about you Derrick?", " I don't know I'm just with my best friends" he said giving a fake but not fake smile. " fare enough" I said.

" how about we all become friends. You know the gang of the school, I mean we are three boys and three girls so we are complete". Chris suggested. " o my god yes yes yes" Vanessa answered with excitement. Kaysha been herself just nodded and me who didn't really are I didn't respond. " what do you think Ely?" Vanessa asked me, " I don't know as long as everyone gets to mind their business and not cause problems, then I'm fine". I said. Then Derrick scoffed. " you talk of problems but you are basically the first person to start them" Derrick said. I ignored him and just woke up from the table.

" Van, Kay is it okay if I crash in your room tonight?, so the boys can have my room." " off course it's fine" they answered. I then showed the boys my room and told them not to touch anything in the room apart from my bed which they will sleep on then I said goodnight to everyone and went to bed.

Laying down just staring at the ceiling, I couldn't get derricks face out of my head. I mean he may be rude and stuff like that but I think he has this good side of him that he doesn't want to show or he wants to show it to someone he fully trust. But he looks pretty interesting and I hope he won't make getting to know him difficult.
