They rushed Elyssa to the hospital which Javon was taken to. Upon arrival, the nurses quickly came out with a stretcher and placed her on it and ran with her to the emergency room due to her been unconscious.

The other doctors also insisted on checking on the guys when they saw their bruises.

After they were been checked, they all stood in front of the emergency waiting on Elyssa.

Derrick was restless as he kept on pacing from one end to another of the hall, "why did she have to hurt herself for me? Why did she do this?" Derrick said with tears running down his face.

Mike and Chris tried to hold him so he could calm down, "this is how much she loves you and is willing to die for you even though you both haven't settled your problems yet, she still has your back, so you just have to think positive right now, nothing will happen to Elyssa, she's a fighter" Mike said encouragingly.

They later walked to Javons room and checked on him and he was still asleep. Derrick had sent some body guards to guard Javons room, he doesn't want any other of the family relatives out of the safe house yet until he gets news about the other crew been successfully taken by the police.

Derrick rubbed his son's hair, "I'm sorry my boy, daddy is so sorry for putting you through all this. I feel like a bad father, since you were born you have been suffering and even now in my hands you still suffer. I'm so useless, and to think you are the best son every father will want to call their own. I promise from now on, you will be my first priority. I will love you so much and I will hurt anyone who dares hurt you" Derrick said to his sleeping son crying.

Derrick feels very guilty for the situation happening right now, he thinks if the district never existed, his loved ones won't be in pain right now, but that can be considered as a rough journey path which he has learned from.

"S-stop crying daddy" Javons soft hurt voice sounded making Derrick look up from his hands to his son,

"Buddy" Derrick said faintly hugging his son but being careful as to not hurt him, "I'm sorry buddy, daddy is very sorry, daddy promises this will never happen again" Derrick apologized sincerely,

"It's not your fault daddy, I'm not angry, but my body really hurts, they hit me very hard daddy" Javon said crying making Derrick feel more guilty,

"It is my fault son, daddy should've protected you better, I'm so sorry and I promise no one will ever hurt you again" Derrick apologized and said sternly,

"Yes daddy. Where's mummy?" Javon answered then asked after his mother. Derrick sighed a little and closed his eyes so tears don't fall down his cheeks, but it didn't help,

"Your mummy is getting checked. You know Javon, your mum is such a brave lady, and you take so much after your mummy, you are brave like her, that's why your mummy will give her life to protect you like today, your mummy also fought the bad guys together with me, your uncle Mike and uncle Chris. And I hope son you can see how we all are here ready to protect you" Derrick said and tried changing the topic so Javon doesn't feel worried about Elyssa.

"Yes daddy, I love you daddy" Javon said and Derrick smiled a little, "I love you too buddy, now go to sleep and I'll get your mummy okay?" Derrick said and he nodded and closed his eyes.

"Make sure nothing happens to him and don't let anyone come in here until I come back" Derrick instructed, "yes boss" the guards said before Derrick left and went back to the ER.

Immediately he arrives the doctor comes out, "she's out of danger, it would've gotten serious, she hit her head hard but luckily there was no internal bleeding but either way we still have to carry out another head scan and x-ray. If she responds very well, she can continue her recovery tomorrow at home, as we will have private nurses come to check her, she insisted saying she wanted to go home. She though lost a lot of blood and Miss Daniels has a history of being anaemic. We already contacted a donor and he will be on his way, but she is on iron drip to keep her sufficient. She will be transferred to her private room, she requested to be in the same room as her son Javon" the doctor explained everything.
