Beach party

Walking down the stairs, it's was silent in the house and I wondered if there actually was a party going on

I opened the door that led from the staircase to the living room down and behold there were a lot of people

So much that you can get missing in the crowd if not careful.

With this many people how didn't I hear any noise from up? Or maybe the house has sound proofs.

"Elyssa!" I heard someone call me, I looked more into the crowds and found Vanessa

She signaled me to join her. I smiled and her and slowly walked through the crowd to get to her

"Thought you where been serious when you said you weren't coming down" Vanessa said shouting over the loud music

"I was been forced" I said back laughing.

Kay poured a drink for me into a plastic red cup, "I can't drink much you know, I'm on medication" I said to her,

She nodded, "I promise I won't give you more just this one" she said, I nodded and took the cup from her hand

"Look who's here!" Mike screamed as he walked to us, he put his hand over my shoulders,

"You are drinking?" He asked, I nodded, "just this one" I said, he nodded,

"Come on let's dance", he screamed over the music,

I do not want to dance or interact with anyone at the moment but it's a party I wanna have fun, but also I'm on medication so what fun I'm I gonna have?,

"You know I'm feeling pretty hot, I'm going for a swim" I said as I placed my cup in Kay's hand and left

It's windy, not so many people are outside, it's not that loud like inside, this is the mood I want,

I took off my slippers and got into the hot tub, it's pretty chilled her, I laid my head on the head rest and closed my eyes for a moment

I love this feeling right now.. I felt a tap on my shoulders and I opened my eyes, found Derrick sitting on the hot tub,

"Hey" I said, "are you okay?" He asked, I nodded, he smiled, "wanna come in?" He asked,

"Nope, I love outside here it's so quiet" I said, he laughed, "you know it's a beach party and sooner or later people will come outside for a swim or more right?" He asked

I sighed, "until they come, I wanna be here" I said, he nodded, before even closing my eyes again, people started running outside

"told ya" he said before smirking and walking away. I sighed and closed my eyes before I heard someone scream my name,

"Lyssa!" I sighed one more time and opened my eyes to find a tipsy Vanessa by me,

"Van, you are half wasted" I said laughing, she shook her head, "nah I'm just having fun, you should do same" she said, I shook my head.

I later came out of the thub and walked with Vanessa to the table where the others where sitting, " I didn't notice you where this sexy" Mike said, I punched him in a playful manner before taking my robe and putting it around me,

I sat down and looked around, its pretty much occupied with people which is making me more anxious than ever, I think I'll go back in soon, parties always end in a bad way for me.

derrick came to the table with two red cups in his hands, he handed one to me, I smiled at him before taking a sip from my cup

I nodded my head to the beats of the music and just enjoyed the ambiance I was feeling at that moment,
