"welcome back everyone! Today we have some very special guests joining us please put your hands together for Shinee!!" the man squealed enthusiastically as the live audience clapped for the four boys. They walked out with big smiles on their faces. They waved to the crowd and the MC's as they took their spots in front of the cameras.

The crowd roared as shinee entered the area and it took a few minutes for the applause to die down.

"alright! Welcome to the show guys! We are super excited to have you here!"

The boys smiled politely.

"we're happy to be here." Minho said cheerily.

After some introductions they were ready to start the show which consisted of idol groups playing different team building games.

As they were setting up, taemin had noticed the leader acting a little strange. He kept a close eye as they began the game.

Taemin had non chalantly shifted his position, so he was standing next to Onew. He tapped his shoulder getting his attention.

"hyung, are you okay?" he whispered.

Onew nodded at the maknae reassuring him but taemin still wasn't buying it. Onew was pale and sweaty, his hands were trembling, and he looked exhausted. Taemin tapped key.

"taemin quit distracting me!" key playfully scolded.

"wait hyung listen to me for a second."

Kay groaned before he turned to taemin.

"I think Onew-hyung isn't feeling well."

Key looked over his shoulder at the oldest who was clearly struggling to gather any energy to play these games.

"aish you're right, he looks pretty bad." Key said.

"I asked if he was okay, but he shrugged me off, I'm worried about him hyung."

Key thought for a second.

"wait till commercial break, we always get a water and bathroom break during them we can go talk to him then okay?"

Taemin nodded before going back to the game they were playing.

Onew was very clearly swaying on his feet, sweat dripping down his face despite him shivering. He put as much effort as he could into finishing the game until the game was over and the first commercial break was announced.

As soon as the cameras cut, Onew sat down feeling exhausted. Taemin quickly rushed to him with a water bottle and a towel.

"hyung, you're clearly sick, you should wait backstage and rest." The youngest said as he wiped onews sweat.

Onew took a swig of water and shook his head.

"it's fine taemin-ah, I can make it an hour." He sounded breathless, his voice quite raspy.

"hyung, Taemin's right, it's dangerous to push yourself like this, we should just take you home." Key chimed in the crowd around Onew catching minho's attention as well.

He ran over sipping his own water and knelt down with the others.

"what's going on?"

"Onew-hyung is sick but he's refusing to rest." Taemin said.

Minho's eyes went wide.

"is that true hyung?"

Onew took a shaky breath.
