TRIGGER WARNING: PHYSICAL ABUSE

The members of Xdinary heroes were super excited to finally debut. They were a little worried about how the people would react to their music style but otherwise excited to finally release their first song.

They had been living together for a few months now and had grown quite close as they trained with one another.

They were a few weeks away from debut and were working hard to finish up all their promotions and filming.

This meant that some of the members were scattered around the company while they worked on finishing everything up.

Jooyeon, the youngest was assigned some extra recording sessions to get some voice samples. He entered the studio excited and slightly nervous. Jooyeon was pretty introverted and was nervous around new people. He walked in and bowed to the man before him.

"ah welcome, you're Jooyeon correct?"

He nodded politely giving the man a small smile.

"yah, don't be nervous, all we're doing is getting some vocal samples, you'll do great." He patted jooyeon's shoulder.

"thank you sir, shall I go in the booth?"

"yes go right ahead, put on the headphones and I'll set up the equipment."

Jooyeon smiled and entered the booth brushing his long hair back as he slid the headphones over his head.

"whenever you're ready Jooyeon." The man said into the mic.

Jooyeon began singing his parts of Happy death day feeling confident in his vocals as he heard the music blast through the headphones.

Once he had finished he watched through the window waiting for the man's feedback.

He sighed loudly and rubbed his temple slightly, he looked annoyed.

"um...how...how was that?" Jooyeon asked timidly.

The man groaned and looked at jooyeon.

"how do you think you did jooyeon?"

Jooyeon felt embarrassed. He held his hands in front of him and bowed apologetically.

"I'm sorry, I thought I was doing well."

The man stood up and walked over to the studio door closing and locking it before he walked towards the booth.

Jooyeon watched nervously, why did he lock the door?

The man entered the small booth and shut the door behind him.

"s...sir?"

Suddenly jooyeon's head snapped to the side, a firm slap from the man echoing off the walls.

Jooyeon stood up in shock, his eyes wide in fear as he rubbed his stinging cheek.

"wh...why did you hit me?"

He was slapped again.

"shut up." the main growled stepping closer to him.

Jooyeon backed up against the wall feeling terrified.

The man got in his face and grabbed his shirt collar pulling him close.

"you are an entitled brat you know that? All you idols are...I work hard to make sure your music is listenable, and you show up with such amateur skills. Do you think this is a joke?!" the man's hot breath was hitting jooyeon's face, his grip tight on his shirt.
