Rosa and Jess arrive outside the bar near the college campus. The night sky was clear and brought out a little breeze. The ladies were dressed as if it was a summer night out and not winter cold. Rosa was used to the California heat so dressing for winter was something she never adjusted to.
They see Stefan's back and Damon across from him leaning against his 1969 Chevy Camaro speaking to his brother as they walked up towards the two. Damon looked up and smirked as he saw the girls. "'My red rose," then turned towards Jessica, "and the annoying one."
Jessica flipped him off casually causing Rosa to laugh. They came to a halt as they stood beside Stefan. Stefan finally turned to look at Rosa beside him and before he can stop himself, he gazed down her body. Jessica caught the interaction and snickered. Stefan realizing what he was doing took a step back and stopped to look back up at her. He ran his hand through his hair. "Rose, you look, um, really nice."
Rosa lightly chuckled. "Thank you, Stefan."
Damon getting annoyed by his little brothers lack of social skills spoke up, "red, no sign of crazy pants yet, so we might as well go over tonight's plan for you to seduce-"
"First of all, I don't need to be told how to seduce a man by a grandpa," Rosa cut Damon off, "beside, Jessica and I already have our strategies on how to work men." Rosa turns to Jess and winks.
Stefan looks at Rosa with a worried expression, "Rose, it's not that we are trying to tell you how to you know," he paused. "We just don't want you getting hurt by him. He's dangerous. That's why we want to formulate a plan." Stefan said pleading. He didn't want Rosa to get hurt by the crazy psychopath.
Rosa thought for a second and looked between both the brothers, "since when do your plans ever actually work?"
Damon was about to comment when Rosa cuts him off again, "don't you dare follow us in there or we are leaving. And then, you can sweet talk him yourself. Adios, viejitos."
Rosa grabbed Jess by the arm and dragged her along side of her towards the bar entrance. Both the brothers just stared in amazement at the tiny girl with reds lips as she walked away.
"I can't believe you're allowing her to do this." Stefan says catching one last glance at Rosa as she disappeared through the doors, "she's still new to her abilities. It's not safe for her."
Damon shrugged. "First of all, I don't allow her to do anything and second, she does almost the opposite of everything I tell her to do. Beside, I can't afford to make another mistake. Elena has me on a short leash as it is. If Rosa says she can handle this, then she can handle this. I trust her."
