Mina
I found myself in one of the prominent and renowned private hospitals on a hot wednesday morning. I took a day off and decided to uncover the hidden truth about Chaeyoung after I witnessed her alarming state few days ago.
I know I said I'll wait but after witnessing Chaeyoung that night, I realized I must step in and stop waiting. I fished the calling card that I got from Chaeyoung's bag in the rear side of my pocket and sigh before entering the huge building. I immediately asked assistance on the information desk and thanfully got assisted right away.
To make long story short, I end up sitting in front of a certain psychiatrist named Kim Jisoo.
"Hi good day, I am Doctor Kim. What can I do for you Ms.-"
"Mina"
"Okay, what brought you here, Ms. Mina?"
I hastily rummage my bag and grabbed my phone before showing her the pictures of the pills I found in Chaeyoung's bag before straightly asking the thing that's bothering me.
"Here doc, can you please tell me what these pills are for?"
Doctor Kim looked at the picture thoroughly and gave my phone back after a minute.
"Well as you see, those are anti-depressant pills and sleeping pills. People with depressive disorder often takes that as prescribed by their physicians but may I know why are you curious about those pills? You know, taking those pills without any proper prescriptions may cause harm to someone. "
For a moment, my world seemed to stopped. I don't know what to react or how to even react.
Is Chaeyoung taking this? Wait, why would she even take this in the first place? Is she depressed or something?
"Ms. Mina-"
"Doctor Kim, can you help me?"
"Well-"
"You know Son Chaeyoung,right? She's your patient, right? Actually, she's my wife and I just found this pills in her bag lately. I don't know what's going on in her but-"
"I'm sorry, Ms. mina but I'm afraid I can't disclose any personal informations about my patients without their consent."
"But-"
"I'm sorry,ma'am but I think you should discuss this matter to the patient ."
I tried my best to convince the doctor but in the end, I failed so I devastatedly escort myself Out of the room until I bumped on to someone. I apologized immediately not even paying attention to the other person until a hand gently grabbed mine.
"Mina? Hey, what are you doing here?"
Shock was written on my face as soon as I recognized the fine woman infront of me who used to stick around Chaeyoung. Wait, what's her name again?
"Uhh-"
"I see you already forgot me. By the way, I'm Rosé. Chaeyoung's friend. What are you doing here?"
"Oh well-wait, do you work here?"
"Yes, I do but I'm not assigned here. Actually, I'm just about to-"
I mentally snapped as an idea popped out of nowhere. Maybe she could help me.
"Can you help me with something?"
