Declaration of war

Ayame's pov

"Great way to greet your cousin, Sasuke." I replied while blocking one of the ANBU's attack. I glared at Sasuke and he saw he looked surprised.

"Who are you?" he asked once again.

"Ayame Hatake-Uchiha." I replied calmly. "Didn't you recognize me?"

Sasuke just glared back at me, obviously not believing me. "From what I've heard, you were missing and quite possibly dead." he said.

"I lived with the Akatsuki for three years, then went back to the village." I replied while I was still blocking attacks, so did he.

"Ayame-sama! There are more ANBU members coming!" Deiraito warned me.

"I sense three humans coming from the other side too!" Yūgure said.

"I know. I can sense their chakra too." I replied. "Deiraito, how many?"

"At least five!" Deiraito replied.

"Guess I'll have to give it all I've got anyway..." I muttered. "They're really becoming a problem to me..."

One of the ANBU members used a water style jutsu as an attack. "Raiton, lightning wall." I said and a wall of lightning rose up to protect me from the jutsu. 'What should I do now? I'm outnumbered and they're trying to kill me... Should I...?'

"You'll have to kill them I'm afraid." Hiroshi said. "There's nothing else you can do."

Sasuke and the one with orange hair were fighting the Raikage and the one with blue hair was fighting one with white hair. I was still stuck with the ANBU members. I couldn't use Chidori Ohare, because I haven't perfected it that I can use it in a room with more people than my opponents. I had my Sharingan activated the whole time, so I could see what they were going to do before they had even done it. "Ah! Get these oversized dog off me!" one of them exclaimed. Deiraito had bitten in his arm while Yūgure was biting in his leg.

"Great teamwork guys." I stated before knocking the man out. Deiraito and Yūgure let go and tried to attack another one.

I caught a glimpse of Sasuke, who was pretecting himself with black flames. I saw the Raikage wanted to kick him, but he was stopped by sand. 'Sand?' I thought. I looked aroumd to find the source and I saw Gaara.

There was only one ANBU left. During the fight, I hadn't payed attention to the other battle at all and I didn't know how that ended. I saw him pointing his sword at me, ready to strike, but he couldn't hit me because there was a wall of sannd between me and him. 'Did Gaara just save my ass?' I thought. I stared at Gaara for a while until he picked me up with his sand and put me down next to him. I noticed Sasuke and someone else were gone now.

"Ayame? Is that you?" Temari asked. "Where have you been those three years?"

I nodded. "I... I was..." I muttered. How do you explain you were part of an organization which was after your boyfriend?

"We don't have time for this." the Raikage said. "Who are you and from what village are you?"

"My name is Ayame Hatake and I'm from the Leaf." I replied.

"That means you're with that Danzou, right?" the Raikage asked.

I shook my head. "He wants to get rid of me, I'm afraid." I said. "He declared me a rogue ninja while I had helped protecting the village. I even died doing so."

"Then how can you be alive?" the Cloud ninja with white hair asked.

"Everyone who had died, was revived somehow. But we don't have time for this, right?"
