There's a giant clock in the sky.

It's silver lid opening and revealing a peculiar sight.

The 3, 6, 9 and 12 are replaced by a club, diamond, heart and spade.

It's so lovely and brilliant on this side, but I can see off in the distance..

The blue sky melts into dark purples and reds. Then a somber black emerges.

I get chills just off the fact that I'm going to have to explore that area soon..

As I'm walking along the bricked path, I soon realize that the big, fragrant flowers are wilting.

The farther down I go, the flowers seem to kiss the ground with petals, browning at the edges, falling off.

I follow this trail for what seems to be an eternity. I look up and spot a teapot in the sky.

Woah. That's strange.

I begin to hear the making's of a conversation somewhere above me.

Curiosity is peaked.

"Curiosity killed the cat, you know." Something purred behind me.

The skeletal cat.

"Is that what happened to you?'

"No, my dear Alice. What happened to me was nothing short of malice."

Yay. Riddles and rhymes. I thought to myself.

"What do you mean, cat?'

"Your insanity has much to show you. And do call me Cheshire."

Cheshire.

And with that, there was nothing left but a fading, toothy grin.

Seems I have lost it.

I ascend the floating cards that lead to the mysterious conversation.

I think about what Cheshire has said. My insanity can't really show me anything.

As I am on the final card, something shifts in the wind.

And I am falling.

Falling into blackness.
