Dylan's POV

Alice has been out of it for a while now.

I caress her face and hair.

She really is beautiful..

"How is she?"

I look up and see Matilda standing in the doorway.

"She's been out for 3 and a half hours. I'm getting apprehensive."

"I understand.." she says studying Alice.

"Dinner's ready if you want some."

"No thanks, Mati. I can't eat. Not when she's like this.."

"Alright, well I think I'll be going now. It's almost 9:30."

"Bye Matilda."

"Bye."

I listen carefully to make sure she locked the door.

Then I peek out the window to make sure she's safely in her car.

After she drives off, I turn back to Ally.

I sigh and go downstairs to eat a little.

Gotta keep your strength up if you want her to stay strong.

I bring the plate up to my room and stare at the spiritless beauty on my bed.

I wonder what's going on in her head..

Alice's POV

I've been heading East for a while. I come across this hill and when I reach the top, my eyes take in the most grotesque thing I've ever seen.

A tower. A castle. I don't know. But it was made from flesh.

It was twisted.

Cheshire materializes to my left.

"I see you've heard."

"Yes, I have. Is that where she resides?"

"Yes, dear Alice. She's in there. And she is waiting for you to make your move."

"Good."

"No, dear girl. She's looking for your friend. The White Queen."

"Why?"

"To kill her."

"How do I stop her?"

"Sadly, you cannot."

"Why not?!"

"Because you are about to leave this place. You've grown weak."

"How do I know when the White Queen's blood has been spilt?"

"You'll feel it."

Blinding light.
