It's finally here. The last day of camp. Sighing, I heave my suitcase into the bus and walk back to my new group of friends.

Tiffany hasn't been with us for a long time and when she would hang out with us all she would do was flirt with Josh. I felt kind of sad and annoyed when this happened. I don't know why, I just felt like I should be the one getting his attention.

Am I jealous?!

I don't even like Josh! Why would I be jealous? Emotions race around my mind as I try and think. He is pretty cute, and whenever he would flick his hair out of his face, it always looks adorable. And when he stares into my eyes when we talk, would send butterflies into my stomach.

Okay there's no denying anymore. I like Josh Harrison.

But I just can't tell him straight up! It would ruin our friendship. I'll tell one of the girls. But who?

I feel like if I told Clove she would playfully tease me about it. So that's a no.

Sky, maybe. But I think she'll make inappropriate jokes about the situation and I don't need those images.

So I guess Cassie.

"Hey Cas. Can you sit with me on the bus? I need to talk about something with you"

She looks up at me then smiles, nodding her head.

"Everyone, it's time to board the buses! Make sure you haven't left anything and have a great trip home!" The instructors tell us.

"Quick we have to be on the same bus together!" Josh shouts as we all follow his lead.

"The rest of the summer's gonna suck without you guys" Dylan pouts.

"Awww don't worry Dyl. We'll see each other soon" I tell him as I wrap my around his waist, hugging him in a way. Literally, we're going to the same school.

I take a seat next to Cassie, this time on the window side and she turns to me.

"So, what do you wanna talk about?" She asks.

"Well, umm... it's about Josh-"

"Holy fuck, do you like him?!" She gasps, covering her mouth with her hand.

"Umm... maybe...?" I shrug sheepishly and she starts squealing and squirming in her seat.

"I flipping new it!" She grins then turns over to face Dylan in the other isle. "Dylan you owe me ten bucks!"

I hear a groan and she turns back to me.

"You made a bet on this?" I ask in shock.

She shrugs. "What do you expect me to do?"

"Touché"

I peer out the window and yawn. We are almost back home. I fell asleep for about half an hour and I guess Cassie followed shortly after. I look around my surrounds and suddenly lock eyes with Skyler. A sly smile is printed on her face as she throws me a sharpie. I instantly know what she's thinking and I nod. I slowly and begin to draw random thinks on her face, like hearts, a goatee and random doodles. I then write 'I love Dylan Roggers' on her forehead in a heart. I chuck the marker back at Sky and we both burst into a silent laugh.

"What are you guys laughing about?" Cassie asks, lazily.

"N-Nothing" Sky sniggers, clutching her stomach.

"You guys are so weird"

"Hypocrite!" Dylan shouts.

Cassie turns to him with rage printed on her face. I look over at the boys and they both start cracking up. I see a flash in the corner of my eye, and relize that Clove took a photo.

God, this is so funny.

The bus finally stops and everyone starts to stand up. I heave myself up then grab my day pack from the ground.

"I still don't know what you're all laughing about" Cassie says and I look back at her.

"Don't worry. You'll get it when you go home" I tell her, still giggling.

We all hug each other goodbye and exchange phone number. I give everyone one last wave and I walk back to my house. I knock on the door and it opens instantly.

"Honey, you're back!" My mum exclaims, squeezing me as she hugs me.

"Mum. Can't. Breathe." I gasp and she let's go.

"Sorry dear. I know you've just come back, but I have to head to work now. But we'll catch up at dinner, okay?"

"Okay" I smile and nod. She kisses my cheek then walks out if the house. It feels good to be home.

I walk to my room and instantly fall onto my bed. I look through my drawer and find my phone. God, I've missed technology. I turn it on and add everyone's contacts in. I leave it for a bit and flip back down into my bed. I lay there for a good two minutes until my phone buzzes. I look at the screen and slide on the notification.

Josh: Sup

Jess: Hi. Just couldn't wait to text me, I see ;D

Josh: Nope. Anyways, you never told me what school you're going to.

Right! I forgot to tell him that I'm going to his school. I'll take advantage of the situation then.

Jess: M'not tellinggggg

Josh: Fuck you :(

Jess: ;)

Jess: Gtg. Ima get some rest

Josh: Kay. ttyl :D

I lock my phone after that and drift of to sleep.
