Angelica Lim Hanley.
She was one of the overachievers in high school before she got pregnant.
When she found out that she was pregnant natakot siya para sa future niya, she was also scared for Christian's because she loved him too.
Dumating ang araw na inamin niya ang lahat kay Christian, kinailangan magusap ng pamilya nilang dalawa. They kept the baby, of course, but the two of them had to take a break from school pero sa huli pinili nila ang option ng distance learning.
Thankfully, NEO accepted their options. They did distance learning until we all graduated senior high.
"Mommy!" tawag ni Eric sa'kin at niyakap niya 'ko ng mahigpit.
Niyakap ko rin siya ng mahigpit, kaming tatlo lang naman ni Eric at Angelica ang nandito sa loob ng apartment ni Christian. Christian has a shoot today, 'di ko nga alam kung hanggang anong oras siya dahil ilang araw na kaming 'di nakikipagusap sa isa't-isa.
But Angelica said na mabilis lang naman yung shoot niya and then uuwi na siya agad kaya konti lang ang bonding time ko with Eric.
Mag-iisang linggo na rin. It's weird, it's really weird not being able to talk to my best friend.
"I missed you!" maligayang sabi ni Eric.
"I missed you too, baby." ngiti kong sabi.
"Miss mo rin ba 'ko, baby?" Angelica said with a smile.
Tumingin naman si Eric sa kanya at tumakbo sa kanya at niyakap siya sa may baywang niya ng mahigpit.
It's been a few months since Eric met his mother, it's important for him to bond with his mother.
"Kamusta trabaho mo sa ibang bansa? How was Hawai'i?"
"Oh, amazing! It was so good! You should come and intern there, magiging fashion designer ka naman 'di ba? Mag-fashion show ka doon!"
"Baliw ka ba? It's not easy, but I'll think about it." I said as I took a sip of my hot coffee.
It was a harsh day today.
Natapos na yung klase at puro aral kami today, we are at the final stages of making our clothes too for the runaway show, medyo kinakabahan na 'ko dahil 'di ko alam kung magiging successful ba yung runaway show.
We also have to make invitations to a lot of people so they could come to the show too.
Hindi naman kailangan pero gagawin pa rin namin para marami rami ang tao kahit na marami ng naimbitahan na mga estudyante na pumunta sa show.
"Oh, and I'm invited to your last university runaway show, right?"
"Yep, of course."
"And Christian?"
"I will invite him."
"Do you want my help?"
Of course iimbitahin ko siya. I invited him before and it's not gonna be any different. Ang tanong lang ay paano ko siya kakausapin?
Paano ko siya iimbitahan kung 'di pa rin kami naguusap sa isa't-isa?
