64. What can we really believe about ancient times?
Those Hellenes of the past who where they really?
Hiding there in Athens, forming Democracy
And sometime young virgins are sacrificed my friend, because only males vote.
And the women of the rich and well to do what did they do?
To fill in their time with the slaves a doing all the work
65. A little secret that Greek women today whisper behind their menfolk’s backs,
Throughout history, the men believed that they we in control, when in fact…
They are the head for sure but the neck my friends belongs to women folk.
This impossible thought must be saved and the other my friend is that men
Were sent off to war, to fight and die by the sword, and that is still the act
And the women lived and kept the civilization going without them.
66. If our words were all medical like orifice and phalanges
Sticking our fingers in our mouths with plums falling out
Our words with impossible pronunciations
Here are some just to see if you can get your tongue around.
Taken from a site, http://phrontistery.info/p.html
To finish this line please be so kind to try and say the following
While howling and growling like a mad beast, because these words leave you like this.
67. Aboulomania blandiloquence calcimine deixis eellogofusciouhipoppokunurious
Floccinaucinihipilification gadzookery hexametromania irrefragable jocoserious
Knick-knackatory, largiloquent malapropism nepheligenous oenomania palaver –panjandrum -pantherism quirist –quicquidlibet refocillate-rhapsodomacy senescent-sebiferous tangoreceptor ubiquitorianism ventripotent wattpadian –whatabouts xerophobous yikker zanyism- zenzizenzizenzic. To follow I will try and summarize???
68. Now my head really hurts; so for me to explain each word in turn
Have patience while I try to reduce that jumbled mess to a meaningful
Six lined poem, really I must say before I start on that first word is not the last
And the last isn’t the first but the last. And really all this jumbled mess is expressing
Who I just may be, describing my personality, and the way I see the world
So if you really wish to know, about my idiosyncrasies, I then just may ask
For you to go and visit the Phrontistery and that website that is mentioned above.
69. So if you haven’t been able to figure out
Or even read those unpronounceable things above
In poem number sixty-seven, I will now attempt to get even
All it says really is that I see myself as:
Someone who finds it hard to make up her mind, who likes flattery, even the whitewashed kind, who also speaks of time and place in words sometimes good but mostly, of little value and I use a lot of old stuff to form my ideas. I have a fear of writing ten line poems, eerie??
That I just can’t question it because I continually search for the unanswerable, I make half heart jokes, and the other half I try to be of a serious mind but when it all comes down to it
They are just knick-knacks full of talk that are misplaced; they may as well be discharging smoke in clouds. I have already confessed to being obsessed with red wine. And I have been charged with talking profusely on ancient learning so accused of imagining my own importance that fantastic thing called self-worth. Still reading?? Well I believe that God is the Universe and I also have a knack to understanding that many spirits hide within this world, and from there I find many poems flowing freely just ready to be picked. I know that some may think I am, growing old and fat at that. I still just see my beauty of a full rounded figure as being natural. Wattpad is my thing with which I occupy my share time. Knowing that I realize I wouldn’t survive in a drought without electricity. Because I am a lover of food and shout in small yips and yaps and tell you that I believe that Christ is now here everywhere. Please don’t make me say that last z word which means something mathematical of which I have no understanding of. That does it for today. I hope you will now come back.:~)))
