255 I am making soup today

 Fish soup full of celery

Does that remind you of anything, Alice?

Was it lobster, no Mock turtle singing?

All about beautiful soup "Beautiful Soup."*

And asking who wouldn’t like soo-op for the evening?*

256 The impossible thing here is Alice, your story

Now is having a direct effect on my life, really

See I decided to make soup, and then sat down

To write the six lines of six for today, the incredible thing is

Just as I did the very page of which I was to relate from Carroll

Was soup, beautiful green soup you know the one Alice, how about that.

257 The coincidence that seem so impossible

How can they be all part of our chaotic World?

And then they make you think, and triple check

Is this really happening or am I dreaming, really a queer thing

Seeing connections where there isn’t really, just mucking with our minds

Coincidences are real mind twisters, and can make you stop, and triple check.

258 Coincidences are really like how in “the matrix” you have deja vu

Impossible feelings that make you think you have been there before

Said that same thing in that same place, like you are revisiting your past

In your present and you become unsettled a little out of place

Strange what our minds can do with these little tricks, just familiar

Every day walk- bout’s not really a weakness just our perception, Alice.

259 Yet another little trick of the mind is seeing shadows out of the corner

Of our eyes, catching the glance of a presence holding us up from behind

Checking daily how we are and what may come about when we make up our mind

That it just is not there at all, that shadow sinks down to oh so small

That we forget those shadows because of our busy lives

But who knows really?  Impossible to think they be neatly hiding, just out of sight

260 Now the spookiest thing of all is that shiver

And we strangely say “Someone is walking on my grave”

That has to be an impossible feat as we are not dead

But living in reality, now this one really does me in

Because then I begin to believe in Quantum Physics

And all possibilities can exist in one time space, impossible?

261 So you see Alice just maybe it is our future selves

That little shadow at the corner of our eyes

Just maybe as we remember something really

Vividly we are able to project ourselves to that time and space

And just maybe that walking on the grave thing, that trace

Is just us remembering a past time one now gone; now that is something?
