Impossible things: Six already and it is only Eight Thirty?

242 Today I started early

Woke up bright and cheery

Not impossible really

I had a song ringing round my heart

Even though it is raining

I had the best start

(Just a bit of home grown happiness, Alice)

243.Next I got a kiss, it made my day

And a lovely smile, a treat

Really it is the small things

Those are the real blessings

How you first put your feet

Plant them down with a song

(Alice you can’t go wrong)

244. As I pulled up the sheets

I thanked this beautiful world

For all the wondrous things

Like even rain, and low and behold

I began to think, really and truly

Louis Armstrong was right all along

(You know that song Alice?)

245. Now as I sit at this laptop

I have a song singing non stop

I write my thoughts down for you

The sky maybe grey but guess what?

I have this song singing in my heart

Not impossible really to be happy

(Really it is possible Alice, just find a song and let it sing.)

246. Now what have I described

How music can help us survive

Whenever you feel down

Don’t turn to self- abuse

Just find a song and sing along

Music is there for us to use

(Alice there are some home grown truths of impossible happiness)

247. Now I know some music doesn’t help

But if you search for happy self- healing

The Universe does give you a boost

Just like great juice, a song will come along

Just to answer your little bit of hell

Then turn it around and make it well

(Now Alice, go find your own

If the impossible happens that the one you find is the same as mine

Wouldn’t it be great, we could sing along, not an impossible though at all, really.)
