82. We have visitors here aliens,
They aren’t like us but tall and thin
With inbuilt radio antennae
Men from Mars and the area 21 thing...
The internet is full of impossibilities
Were people post the weirdest possible.
83. Believe it or not stuff,
Facts more weird than fiction can ever be,
Did you see the poor man in Asia?
Turning into a tree… bark and all
Really and truly it is no bluff
Go “Google” it, so strange to be a tree…
84. Do we bring alive the past in our tales?
Those historical fictions outlining long gone things,
Like cavemen lives, and who painted those walls,
Stories of the famous, the rulers, Pharaohs and Kings
I really think we do, and they time travel with us
Wake and walk within our minds until they fall
(Silent on the last page, that ending,
Where we are forced to let go. )
85. Our impossible world, with first world full of things
And the third world still wanting,
The great divide, that impossible levelling, really this Earth may as well be flat!
With the first world believing they are safe in the middle, in high houses
And everyone else pushed out… living and falling off the edge.
“That is right; our world is flat as a tack! And really without any sense.”
86. In this world there are living things that can amaze
Being alive and impossible to be believed
The white narwhal, with a unicorn’s horn
Who knows maybe a survival spell?
Turned the fanatical beast into this
Creature of the northern iced seas,
But no, Inuit tales tell us the narwhal was once a woman.
87. I also give you the platypus
(Ornithorhynchus anatinus)
Like a duck, and otter or what?
They can eat so much, worms
And insects watch out, your it by the way
Our platypus eats as much as himself in a day.
88. Now look into the deep seas,
Fish with their own electricity
Light bulbs all aglow
Where no sunlight can reach or go
As black as the darkest ink
Really who or what could live, nothing really you would think.
(I have written an extra one today as another way of saying
On some days more ideas come and that is just the way it is
Imaginary imaginings made possible by just thinking.)
I didn’t realize that my count is all out of whack, I started back
In January a Sunday 20th 2013 Here I wrote six lines of six
Which aren’t in my count? So I am leaving it this way as a backup day
So if ever I can’t possible think or write I have a day in wait
There for me to realize that the impossible can be reached
Just as Alice with that Jabberwocky and her impossible feat.
(What do you all think can I count this one too???)
