Guided by Fate (Fiz-Bun Fluff)

Chapter 1

I woke up in a room I didn't recognize, wearing dirty white pants and a beige cloth shirt. There was a tool belt of some kind hanging on a hook set into the back of the door, with boots on the floor next to it.
The room looked... odd. A minimally furnished apartment with no light bulbs - just a lantern with blue light in the ceiling and a candle by my bed. The single window in the room was either frosted or just dirty, hiding the details of the outside - but not the bright sunlight.

"This isn't a hospital," I mumbled, sitting up and rubbing my head as I slipped on the boots (which weren't mine) and clipped the belt around my waist. It was comfortable, with the pockets resting on my hips, just behind where my arms naturally rest at my side.

I opened the door and walked into the hallway. It was, just like my room, a wooden structure, with several other rooms in it.

"Oh, you're awake!"

A gentle, somewhat high-pitched voice floated toward me from the end of the hall. The source was the most beautiful girl I had ever seen. She had big, dark eyes and a kind smile, with pink hair tied up in a bun on one side of her head, and tall, white bunny ears on the top.

Oh, yes, and she had big ol' dobonhonkeros, as well as being dummy thicc.

No, jokes aside, she had a very curvy figure, shown off by her outfit: a red top covered only her chest region, leaving her stomach and midriff exposed. She also wore a rather complex mixture of red booty shorts and a white miniskirt, the latter being so short that, if it were by itself, it would barely cover the top half of her panties. Then, she wore long, white, thigh-high socks and low, red heels that seemed incredibly stable.
Around each wrist was a white cuff, with no sleeves on either arm, and she wore a red ribbon tied in her bun.

Her outfit was so elaborate, I figured she must be a main character or I would have never spent two paragraphs describing the bunny's outfit.

"Thank the goddess, I was worrying you'd been hurt worse than I thought..." She smiled gently, stepping closer to me. She was taller than I was, only if you counted her ears. Otherwise, she was nearly a full head shorter than me.

"I'm fine... I think. Where am I?" I asked, opting to look past her ears - or rather, the position of a human's ears - than make eye contact.

"Oh, you're in the Kaeol Inn. I found you just outside the city walls two days ago, so I bought you here to help heal you," She explained.

"How did you find me?"

"Oh, the goddess sent me a vision, telling me to find you," The bunny said, her voice tinted with excitement.

"The goddess?" I asked. I have a vague memory of seeing a woman in a white robe after I...

"Wait a second, I just got hit by a bus!" I realized suddenly. How could I have forgotten that?

"What's a bus..?" The bunny asked, tilting her head and causing her hears to flop stiffly. "Is it like a wagon or a coach?"

"Uhm," I nodded slowly. That explains the cute girl, I'm basically an anime protagonist now. Is that a good thing? "Yeah... this is going to sound crazy, but-"

The bunny cut me off, giggling.

"Of course you're from another world, silly! Why else would the goddess tell me to help you? I'm barely even a priestess," She said, a cute grin on her already cute face. "I shouldn't be able to hear her voice to begin with."

"I'm... confused, but relieved," I said. "I was worried you'd think I was nuts."

"Well, why don't I explain things to you over breakfast?" She offered.

"I have no objections. I'm Thomas, by the way."

"You can call me Fiz," She spun around and began to walk back the way she came, her steps springy and excited. I hope she's as sweet and cute as she seems.

Man it's been a long while since I used Wattpad. I had to delete my old account cause my parents don't like the site, but now I'm an adult and they legally can't stop me 😎

Anyway, I don't have a schedule for this story, but I'll (hopefully) be updating frequently because Fiz-Bun is the cutest and I want to write more fluff.

In terms of world building, I'm still doing that. I've got 3 characters, one city and 2 magic types so far. I want to do a check in with this stuff at the end of each chapter, just for the sake of showing off progression. Feel free to message me with any ideas for cities, events, characters, ect.
