What, thought I would detail setting up her cell phone and everything?

Nah, that would be a bit tedious. Long story short: it works, she's super excited.

Also, as it turns out, she actually bought a button-down shirt to wear to work, because,

"It makes me look cute and professional~" Fiz giggled, buttoning it up before spinning once.

"I'm just amazed that skirt has pockets." I said, watching her slip her phone into a pocket on the skirt.

"I'm super glad! It's not a common thing where I'm from either, ehehe~" She giggled softly as I opened the door for her. Fiz kissed me on the cheek, and walked out the door.

After watching her walk to work for a moment, I moved into my room and pulled up my laptop, opening up a document I had been working on.

No, it's not homework or anything productive, I was trying to work through the flavors of objects in various video games. Listen, I'm a bit of a nerd at heart, and before I met Fiz, I had been trying to decide what Mario's fire flower tastes like.

Though, about an hour later, I got a call from... Luna? I picked it up, with a curious, "Hello?"

"Hey, this is Fiz' boyfriend, right? Could you come down here? She's.. it looks like she's having an anxiety attack," She explained calmly.

"On my way," I said, jumping out of bed and walking quickly out the door - I didn't run, because I'm not exactly the best runner. But I made pretty good time, getting to Honey Bun only a few minutes later. I walked up to the counter, and saw Luna poke her head around the doorframe, gesturing me into the back room.

Like the idiot I am, I nearly tried jumping over the counter before realizing, 'wait, I can walk around,' and doing just that.

Fiz was in the back, sitting on a stool in the corner, hyperventilating.

"Fiz, are you okay?" I asked softly, giving her a fair amount of space.

"... forgot to hide my ears.." She mumbled after a moment.

"Wait, you mean Luna can...?"

Fiz nodded silently. "Uhm... Luna can see my ears..."

"Wait, hang on," Luna said, causing Fiz to freeze. Apparently she had followed me back. "The bunny ears and tail, right?"

Fiz nodded nervously.

Luna paused for a moment. ".. was I not supposed to see them before?"

Fiz and I froze.

"What."

"Yeah, you've been a bunny since we first met." Luna shrugs.

"But... they're hidden. I used False Magic." Fiz insisted.

"Magic? Oh! You must be from another world! That answers so many questions!" Luna says happily. "Darn it, Dyhart was right, I owe him that model now..."

"I'm confused," I said. "You can see through Fiz' illusion magic?"

"Yeah. Say, why don't I have you meet my friends! They'd like you!" Luna grins.

"... you're really okay with the.. b-bunny thing..?" Fiz sniffled slightly.

"Honestly, I don't care too much. I get why you hid it, it's your thing." Luna smiles. "C'mon, I closed up shop earlier, so we might as well take the day off."

Luna walked away, humming.

"... she's pretty cool..." Fiz smiled, kissing my nose.

"Oh! Bring your boyfriend!" Luna said, looking her head into the back room again. "My car is plenty big enough."

I'm not even burned out, just busy with life and hanging out during summer.
