Emma rushed back to Granny's Bed and Breakfast when Neal opened the door. "I need to search your room for real this time," Emma said, charging into the room, making Neal chuckle.
"You want to tell me what this is about, Sheriff?" Neal asked, making Emma turn to look at him.
"Where's your fiancee?" Emma asked him, making Neal sigh that Emma was just being jealous.
"She's on a run. What do you think she did this time?"
"Regina and Dream have gone missing," Emma said when Neal's eyes widened at the mention of his sister.
"And you think she... You're still on Tamara? You've got to be kidding me. She came to town to support me, her fiancee. She's not a kidnapper. And she was planning on asking Dream to be her maid of honor... She loves her." Neal ranted when Emma moved to check the closest again.
"Where'd she go running?" Emma asked when Neal sighed at her question.
"The same place she goes every morning. The woods." Neal said while Emma looked back at the floor seeing sand.
"How long has she been gone?" Emma asked, bending down.
"A couple of hours. Does it matter? She's training for a marathon." Neal asked when Emma turned to look at him.
"If she runs in the woods, then why did she track sand in here?" Emma asked when she stood back up.
"Maybe she likes to run along the beach instead. What does that prove?"
"That she lied to you. If she lied about this, then you can bet she's lied about other things, too." Emma said, making Neal shrug.
"Or maybe she just likes to run on the beach," Neal suggested, making Emma scoff at his obliviousness.
"One way to find out," Emma said, when Neal sighed, following her out of the room.
Gold turned around to see Mary Margaret and David walk into the shop, while Lacey sat on the counter.
"Sorry to interrupt the party--" David went to say, but Gold interrupted him.
"Well, I certainly don't remember inviting you two. We're closed." Gold said while Lacey took a drink of her whiskey.
"Not to us. We need your help. Regina's missing, and we think she might be in danger." Mary Margaret said, making Gold smirk.
"Just the way I like her. Now, if you'll excuse me--"
"I don't think so. Dream's missing, too." David spoke up, interrupting Gold this time. "Whatever your feelings are about Regina, she is the mother of your daughter... Your daughter is also missing. And you still owe me a favor." David said when Gold sighed to himself when he turned to Lacey.
"Lacey, if you could excuse us, I have some business to attend to," Gold said, holding his hand out to help her off the counter.
"Make it quick." She said, walking out with her glass.
"I'm sure I can whip up something to find Regina. Chances are Dream is with her mother... She's always with her mother. But tell me... other than my daughter being involved, why do the Charmings want to help the Evil Queen?" Gold asked while he was going through his cabinet to find exactly what he was looking for.
"Because I owe her. After what I did to Cora." Mary Margaret said, making Gold chuckle, when he took out a box, setting it on the counter.
"Never underestimate the power of a guilty conscience," Gold said, opening up the box to find a glass vile and a dropper.
"What is that?" Mary Margaret asked as she and David looked at it.
"This is one of Regina's tears," Gold said, making the Charmings look concerned.
"Why do you have one of Regina's tears?" She asked him, making Gold look up and smirk.
"Because I do... This spell, however, requires two tears." Gold said, making David and Mary Margaret look at each other.
"You want one from me?" She asked him, with a small scoff.
"Well, just think of a dark moment, dearie. Something bleak and hopeless. I know you have a few." Gold said, holding the vile up to Mary Margaret's cheek, when a tear fell into the vile, making it glow for a moment. "Perfect... Now, when you drop this into your eye, you will be connected with Regina, wherever she is. Whatever she sees, you'll see. Whatever she feels, you'll feel." Gold said, putting the dropper in the vile, before reaching it out to them.
"How do we know it will find Dream, too?" David asked with his hands on his hips.
"For the same reason, Regina took her away from me. We bring danger to her. So, you find Regina, you find Dream." Gold said when David looked at Mary Margaret.
"How long does the spell last?" David asked him another question.
"Long enough to lead you to her. And with that, I've fulfilled my end of the bargain. Goodbye." Gold said when Mary Margaret sighed at his comment.
"You're not going to help us anymore? You don't want to find Dream?" Mary Margaret asked him.
"She doesn't need me, right now. She needs you to find her." Gold said, when Mary Margaret nodded, starting to walk out.
"Always a pleasure." David sighed when he followed his wife.
