I stand in the middle of the living room shaking. i wrap my arms around myself before falling to my knees choking on a sob. i cant find words. but whys it matter? i was home. alone. No Danny, no Austin. Nobody. im completly alone. i look around the room. trying to do something. anything. i tried to suck in or blow air from my lungs but i couldnt. i try to reach for my phone but i cant move. i start to get light headed from the lack or air, and soon, everything is black.

*DANNYS POV*
"Honestly Paul, where the hell are you?" i say to myself. my phone rings. "Bout time." i say digging it from my pocket expecting to see Pauls name, but i saw Austins. "Hey Austin whats going down?" i ask. i hear him suck in a sob. "Austin whats wrong?" i ask. "i-i i came home, a-and s-she was on the ground s-she wanst breathing..." He cries. I feel like my chest is tightening. "M-Maddie?" i ask him. "s-she hasnt woken up yet, we are in the hospital, when paul came, they asked fo-" Austin says. my heat beats quickly. "Paul was there?" i ask through clenched teeth. "im so sorry Danny i thought you knew." Austin says. "i'll be there." i say hanging up. i dial pauls number and walk out of the bus.
*AUSTINS POV*
Way to go Austin. just started another war. i think to myself. i walk back into the room where maddie layed asleep. "Maddie, please wake up." i beg shaking her. nothing. "please." i say. i sigh and sit down running a hand through my hair. i shouldnt have left her alone with Paul. Pauls a great guy but maddie is Danny's and i respect them. how could i be so stupid?!
"Austin." i hear someone say. Danny walks in. Eyes puffy and red. hes obviously been crying. He looks at her. and i swear i could hear his heart shatter, like it was glass. he lets out some sort of a noise. a sob. "Danny i'll leave you alone with her." i say hopping up and out of the room.
*MADDIES POV*
"Please baby girl please, wake up. pease." i hear someone ask. i struggle to open my eyes. i take in my surroundings. a hospital? i turn to see a curly haired boy next to me. "Maddie baby you woke up!" he shouts. i jump. Who was this boy? how does he know my name? "w-who are you?" i ask him. the boys face drops. and he starts to cry. "Dont fuck with me!" she screams. i jump. i look around. "Maddie you know me, please tell me you know me." he begs gripping tightly to my wrist. "im sorry, i dont know you." i say to the boy. he jumps up and screams. A boy with shaggy brown hair, straighter then the others, but wavey, walks in. "Danny whats wrong?" the boy aks. "SHE DOESNT REMEMBER ANYTHING!" he screams. the boy looks at me. "M-maddie please, ho are we?" The boy asks again. "Thats what i want to know. who are you?" i ask them. The curly haired boy throws a glass and storms out.
