There's three loud knocks on my door "don't answer it! It's those Amish men again!" And Leah shouts. I roll my eyes opening the door. Paul stand smiling "Paul!" I wrap my arms around his neck pulling him into a hug. "God I've missed you." He says into my ear. I smirk "I've missed you to Paul." I pull back smiling "you ready?" He ask. "Yep." I grab my bag handing it to him.
"Aunt Leah, I'm leaving, remember I'll be gone a few weeks, I'll call once I've gotten to Maryland ok?" I smile kindly "be safe." She says pouring food into Maggie and Molly's good dishes. "Bye!" I say jogging for the door.
I slip into Paul's car smiling "I can't wait to just be back in Maryland." I say. "I thought you didn't want to come back?" Paul smirks pulling away from my aunts house. "I don't know, I can't take her much longer.. I want to stay back at the house but I don't know.. Because I let Taylor live there." I sigh "and acacia." Paul says. "Excuse me?" I look at Paul in shock. "Yeah. Since Taylor and I broke up, her and Acacia are like best friends. She stays at your house with Taylor 90 percent of the time." He says angrily. "Are you fucking kidding me?" I pull my phone out and dial Taylor's number.
I wasn't really expecting her to answer...I hadn't talked to her since I left Maryland either, but she could at least talk to me. I slide my phone back into my pocket and sigh. "Acacia Brinley is staying in my house.." I shutter. Paul laughs, "I know right?" We both laugh.

"So what have you been up to Paul? I mean, you haven't really said much." I say about an hour later. Paul shrugs. "Not much to tell Mads. Everything kinda fell apart after you and Danny ended it all.. Loosing the baby was hard on all of us. And I don't blame either of you for breaking up...but Danny's miserable... I honestly don't know if he's happy with Acacia. Because he's always complaining about her." Paul grips the steering wheel.
"Well...is Danny in Maryland today?" I ask "course." He says. "Do you think he'd be up for talking?" I ask hopefully. "Well...if you just show up he won't really have a choice" Paul says laughing a bit. He has a point.

*DANNYS POV*
"She's so annoying most of the time you know? She just is always talking about her boyfriend and she never shuts up. And you know how annoying people are when they just keep talking and talking and never shut up? That's how she is when she's talking about him and I can't get a single word out its horrible" Acacia babbles on about some girl "well-" "and I just can't wrap my head around it because why do I care about her boring life? I don't. So she should just stop talking to me constantly about her and how happy she is with him." She interrupts. "I think-" "I get that she's happy and stuff but I just like I don't know Danny shes-" "ACACIA!" I shout startling her. She looks at me. "I have to pee." I get up heading towards the bathroom in Taylor and Acacias house...well..Maddie's house. I sigh.
Everything about the house was reminding of Maddie. All the good times we've had.
I walk into Maddie's room that was still just the way she left it. So I lied. I didn't have to pee. But I couldn't take Acacia anymore. All she did was talk. I roll my eyes at the thought.
Things were hard since she left. I wish I could apologize.. But she'd never forgive me. I'd give a lot just to see her again. To hold her again.
*MADDIES POV*
"Ah it looks great!" I hop out of Paul's house and up the steps of my house opening the door walking in "TAY?!" I scream Taylor flies down the stairs "MADDISON!" She hugs me smiling "god I miss you! What are you doing in Maryland?" She asks excitedly "missed you!" I say. "Maddie?" I peer up the stairs. Danny.
