first off, happy new year! this is probably going to be my last few updates until the next weekend. (cuz dumb school is starting)

okay y/n is probably 7-12. a toddler shouldn't stay in a trailer by themselves i don't think. i mean if i did i would burn the place down but y/n is smarter than me obviously soooooo idk

anyways

"Are you sure your parents are picking you up?" Scarlett asked.

"Yeah, they will," Y/n replied.

"I'll just wait."

"No, please go to your family, my mom even said she'll be here really soon," Y/n lied.

"I'll still wait," Scarlett murmured.

"Go, Scarlett, go home and rest. I'll be fine," Y/n sighed. 

"Fine. Only cuz you really want me to go."

"It's not like th-"

"I was just joking Y/n, have a great Christmas," Scarlett smiled.

"Oh right, yeah have a great Christmas!"

Y/n waited for Scarlett to turn the corner before going back into her trailer. She sighed and laid  on her bed. 

This was gonna be a long break. 

A WEEK LATER

[i'm literally so lazy i did not wanna write what she does, but basically she lays in bed, eats, watches tv, does usually stuff sooooo like being quarentined. how do you spell that it has a red underline] 

Y/n decided she needed some fresh air so she opened her trailer door. 

"Y/n," she heard.

She turned around to see Florence, [GOD I LOVE HER OK I GAVE YOU SOME SCARLETT IN THE BEGINNING SO BE GRATEFUL] "Y/n, what are you doing here?"

Y/n panicked for a second but composed herself, "I just came back early.."

"A week early?" 

"Oh a week? Huh, I didn't- I didn't realize that. But uh- why are you here?"

"Well [i don't have a reason for her being there, that's how bad of a writer i am :D], I think I left something here."

[she's realizing that a week into break. MY WRITING I CAN'T 😭] 

"Oh, well, have a good rest of break," Y/n smiled, walking back inside. 

"Wait! You're telling me that you're just going to spend 7 days sitting in a trailer."

"I guess so, yeah."

"Well come on. Come home with me," Florence grinned.

"No, you should go back to your family, I can't intrude."

"You aren't intruding if I invited you," Florence reasoned. 

"But-"

"No buts. C'mon."

"Thank you Flo," Y/n looked up.

"Anytime."

As they walked into her house, Florence began introducing things. "This is Barry, my cactus. He has had surgery performed on him multiple times because this bad little thing growing on him was not a little baby so I had to painfully cut it out."

[i'm disappointed in you if you haven't seen her instagram stories] 

"Poor Barry," Y/n frowned.

"I know."

"I hope you like to cook, cuz that's what we'll be doing for most of the week."

"I never really get too but you can teach me."

"Of course," Florence replied, "Now tell me this, have you been spending all of break in that trailer?"

"Maybe," Y/n blushed.

"Why??"

"Cuz."

"'Cuz why?"

"Family things and stuff, you know."

"I'm sorry Y/n, you should've told me sooner."

Florence and Y/n spent the rest of break together, [ha screw ZACH], watching movies and cooking. [jk i love zach] 

When Y/n got back to set, she told them her break was great. 

Because it was.

sorry that wasn't fluffy or angsty

or good, really

but i still hope you semi-enjoyed

i think i'm losing my touch

i never had one but yk what i mean

hope you had a great new year

i spent it by myself doing laundry and watching a bad movie while my family yelled at each other 

no one asked
