You were currently cooking with Vision. 

"Vision, why does it smell like a rotting fish?" You winced, looking down at the steaming substance. 

"I- I don't cook much, Y/n."

"I can tell," you replied, gagging.

"Don't be mean, Y/n," Wanda scolded, looking up from her book.

"I'm just saying."

Don't even ask why, but Vision and you were paired up to cook dinner today. 

"Y/n, is the bread ready?" 

"Yep," you replied carelessly.

"Y/n, this is not ready. This is just bread."

"Exactly. You assigned me to bread. Here it is."

"I meant for you to season and toast it."

"Well you didn't specify," you smiled.

"Y/n," Wanda warned, "Stop messing with him."

"Fine. He's fun to mess around with though."

"If you didn't remember, I'm still right here-" Vision started.

"Sorry Vision. Let's continue."

"Alright. Please season the bread and toast it."

You grumbled in response, grabbing the butter. You quickly smeared it on the bread, tossing the knife into the sink. 

30 minutes later, you didn't realize the burning smell coming from the toaster. 

"Y/N!" you heard Wanda shout. 

"Yeah."

"You burned the toast! Be more careful, please. One day you'll burn the place down. Stark's gonna kill you."

"Oops. Sorry Wanda. I guess someone else will have to make bread."

"Vision, seriously, oh my god. HOW DID YOU MAKE THE GOD DAMN SOUP EVEN WORSE?" You asked, facepalming, "It's literally making my eyes w-"

"Y/n, you're being rude. It can't be that bad."

"Oh, uhu, you'll just smell for yourself."

Wanda stirred the spoon, gently blowing on it. She took one sip and it all came flying back out. 

"I-I just c-choked," she coughed.

"Sure you did. You're sugarcoating it Wanda. It sucks ass."

"Vision, maybe take a couple classes on cooking."
