Friday, December 17th

We used my navigation to drive home, as George said that his was buggy.

When we finally reach the house, George gets out of the car and stretches.

I chuckle. "How you holdin' up?"

He looks at me and smiles.

"I feel like I'm going to pass out on my bed."

I laugh and slam the car door shut. George does the same, and we walk up to the front of the house.

I unlock the door and push it open, finding Sapnap in the living room.

"There you are." He says sternly.

I feel a sudden wave of guilt.

"Yeah, hey. Sorry for how long it took, George wanted-" I start, and Sapnap suddenly interrupts me as he sees George behind me.

"George, hey, did you read my messages?"

George shakes his head. "No, my phone was dead the entire day. I forgot to charge it."

A look of relief washes over Sapnap's face. "Can I use it?"

George looks at him in confusion. "Uhm, tomorrow. I'm going to sleep now."

I look at Sapnap in confusion as he continues trying. "No, please. Just for a few seconds."

George starts up the stairs. "Tomorrow, Sapnap."

Sapnap gets up and follows him, voice straining. "No, please. You don't understand."

I follow them up the stairs, hearing George's voice again.

"Why do you want it so bad?" He asks annoyedly.

"Just, please-"

"No, Sapnap. Why are you even acting like this? Piss off."

He continues trying, before George gets in his room and locks the door.

Sapnap stands outside helplessly in defeat.

I squint at him, trying to understand what he's doing. He turns to face me.

"Care to explain what you need so badly on his phone?" I ask.

He looks at me with the most anxiety I've ever seen coming from him.

I sense uneasiness in his voice as he speaks. "N- no. I just- I fucked up."

I grin. "Did you accidentally send nudes to the wrong person?"

He suddenly becomes angry. "No, it's not a joke, Dream. I really fucked up."

I stare at him in confusion. "Okay.. what did you do?"

He looks at me with fear again.

"Are you okay?" I ask.

Suddenly, he takes a deep breath and looks at the ground. "Yeah. Goodnight, Dream."

He walks down the hall and enters his room.

I yawn and decide to walk into my own, too tired to bother chasing after him.

---

I wake up, barely having gotten any sleep. I tried texting George last night, but he didn't respond.

I guess he did pass out on his bed, I chuckle to myself.

I check the time on my phone.
