My Song to You

Sasuke had parked at his house and headed straight over to Naruto's. Iruka said he was lucky because Kakashi was on a business trip and would've killed him. Iruka opened the door with an apron on and a tray of cookies and milk. Sasuke stepped in and offered to help. Iruka denied him and led the young brunette up the stairs to Naruto's room. The blonde in question was still lying in bed hugging his plush. Iruka placed the tray of cookies on the nightstand and left. Sasuke stepped in and shut the door. Naruto looked over at him then back at the wall he was staring at.

The room was a mess still so Sasuke stepping over a few things before sitting down on the bed. It smelled of gym socks and rotting milk, but that was quickly removed when Iruka came in with a large tray where he placed the dirty and empty dishes. The window was opened, and fresh clean air came through. Sasuke decided to help clean the room, so he picked up all the clothes on the floor and placed them in the hamper. It was already night now. The sun had set and all the grills that were turned on were now cooling off. Their smell still in the air as kids ran out the house excitedly to turn on sparklers. Their parents warning them to be careful. 

The noise from outside calmed Sasuke a bit. Iruka smiled at him before leaving with the dishes. Sasuke continued to pick up the room not saying anything to the blonde. He had picked up a notebook that looked familiar. He opened it and read through a few pages. It was Naruto's song book. Sasuke turned to the newest entry and nearly broke out crying. The lyrics on paper hurt him, but the long line that ran through them hurt more. the paper was crumpled in the corner and had wet stains from where Naruto was crying. Naruto wanted to rip the page out but didn't. 

Sasuke turned back to Naruto and cleared his throat, "This is good...why'd you stop?" Sasuke asked.

Naruto didn't answer. Sasuke turned back around and placed the notebook on Naruto's desk. The room was pretty decent now, so Sasuke went back to sit on the bed. He placed his hand on Naruto's leg. Naruto moved away and sat up. 

"Why are you here?" Naruto asked his voice hoarse.

"I want to apologize and ask you to be mine again." Sasuke admited.

"To be yours? Are you dumb? That's not how this works. You broke up with me." Naruto pointed out.

"I know, I'm sorry. It was such a dumb thing to do. I did it for-" Sasuke said before he was hit with a flat hand across the face.

"Don't speak to me as if it was alright to hurt my heart for you to make music. I'm not a toy, Sasuke. I'm human. I won't forgive you, so just leave." Naruto growled.

Sasuke stayed up on the bed as his cheek burned from the slap. He deserved it. Naruto pulled the tray of cookies onto the bed and started munching on them. He was starving now. He only ate whatever Iruka had made for him the day before. Sasuke sighed and looked at Naruto.

"What can I do to make you forgive me and accept me as your boyfriend again?" Sasuke asked knowing he was throwing his pride away by asking this.

"Go die, blow the devil and then come back and bottom for me." Naruto said as he chewed his cookie.

Sasuke flinched at how harsh Naruto had been. He's never heard Naruto talk like this before, and it was slowly turning him on. 

"Besides that. I really want to start over with you." Sasuke said.

"Talk to Kakashi. If he forgives you, then I will too." Naruto said knowing the white-haired man wouldn't stand it.

Sasuke sighed in defeat; he too knew that Kakshi wasn't as forgiving. Naruto drank his milk after all the cookies were gone. Sasuke sat there thinking over everything that would go down if he were to talk to Kakashi.

"Or you could walk outside butt ass naked with my name on you for everyone to see." Naruto said licking the milk on his upper lip.

"Okay. You have a sharpie, right?" Sasuke asked starting to strip.

"Not right now, no one is awake. Tomorrow at the community park." Naruto smirked.

"When?" Sasuke asked thankful for the alternate idea.

"At twelve, Kakashi will be back by then and would be walking the park with Iruka after having sex." Naruto placing the tray on the nightstand again.

"Deal. I won't have to talk to him, right? I don't need a new asshole." Sasuke said worried it might come to that.

"I doubt it. You need to get proof of you doing it though, then you can think of me as your boyfriend." Naruto sighed happily that his tummy was full.

"I'll get Itachi or one of the guys. I'll see you tomorrow then." Sasuke and leaned over to kiss Naruto but was blocked.

"Good night." Naruto said.
