I fell asleep wearing your hoodie last night and you came into my dream.
It felt wonderful to have you with me. To be able to hug you again. To feel your touch again. We also went back to the beach you took me to before I left home, only we stayed longer this time and we got to watch the sunset together instead of rushing back to the cottage because of the rain.
Waking up was painful, because you weren't there. I hate being away from you, but it's all my fault anyway. I was the one who chose to leave, so I'll endure the pain as my punishment until I return home to you again.
