22:Last night of summer

(trigger warning-the usual drinking smoking and reckless behavior)

It's been a while since me and Matheo's little hang out and I'll have to admit it was really fun. It is now the last night of our summer vacation and everyone was sad about it. We finally decided that we would get high drunk and do something stupind to end the summer with a bang.

I was sitting on a bed in a separate room putting on my purple bathing suit staring at my belly button ring. After a couple of days I got tired of the pain and used a spell to heal it. So now it was fully healed along with my nose.

After I was done I went outside to the group sitting in a circle. We were all going to watch the sunset before doing anything stupid. I looked at Fred and Jake. They were sitting pretty close staring at the water. I knew Jake was gay but I don't know about Fred.

I think Jake is falling for Fred by the way he acts. They have been getting pretty close since the beginning of our little private vacation. I started playing with my belly button ring as Jacob scoots next to me and pulls me in between his legs playing with my hair.

I lean into his hands then get an idea and stand up. "Where are you going?" Jacob asks. I hold up a finger towards him telling him I'll be back in a minute. I walk over to Jake and Fred.

"Jake can you braid my hair please?" I ask. I hear Jacob whisper '' oh while Jake responds.

"Yes baby girl come here" he says while patting the sand in front of him. I sat in front of him and he parts my hair with his fingers putting one side in a ponytail while he braids the other side. He braids quickly but tight so they won't fall out.

"Aidan would have loved this" I say as he moved to the other side.

"Yeah he would. He would love the twins and being here for you. You know what he used to tell me?" Jake asks as he starts the other side of my hair. I shake my head no and he continues. "He used to tell me that you were one of the best people he has ever met. This was before I met you too. And you know what Y/N?" he asks.

"What?" I ask as he continues to braid

"He was absolutely right, you are very important to all of us and Aidan loved you so much he would be so proud of you even if you don't believe it he would be so proud of you." Jake says as he finishes my braid and kisses my head.

"When I would get upset he would come sit with me and pull me into his lap kind of like you do. And he would whip my tears and tell me that princesses don't cry and that nothing is worth my tears." I say quoting what Aidan would say to me. "I really miss him, this is so much fun but it's just not the same without him, you know?" I say looking at Jake now.

"I know Y/N we all miss him. I know it was harder for you so if you ever need to talk i'm here do you understand?" he asked. I nodded, kissed his cheek and walked back over, sitting back in between Jacob's legs as the sun began to set.

Everyone huddled around in a tight group cuddling as we watched the beautiful orange shades in the sky over the water. We stared at the setting sun. I miss you Aidan. I wish you could be here. I thought to myself. I looked at my infinity tattoo and rubbed my fingers over the ink that has his name in beautiful cursive.

After the sun sets I start a fire with a lighter and the party starts. Drinks are passed around and so are blunts. I moved from Jacob to Lily so I could talk to her. "So you and George huh and before you say anything i have seen the way you look at each other" I whisper as she sighs and looks across the fire to George.

"Well we aren't together yet but I really like him. He's really sweet and funny." She says still staring at him.

"On another topic I think Jake might have a tiny thing for Fred but don't say anything." I say still whispering. I look over at Fred and Jake and they are sharing a blunt and laugh at jokes. She fallowes my eyes and gasped giggling uncontrollably.
