Frank's POV

I was bouncing around and unable to sit still. Gerard turned on a movie at some point as I tried to journal, but my handwriting was messy and erratic. I closed the journal, not being able to write anything else other than "too excited to sit still; Gerard is concerned of the energy". I started to tap on my knees, looking at the door and then at Gerard. "You're too excited, Frank, come here," He whispered, opening his arms up for me, beckoning me towards him. I jumped into his lap, his arms coming around me. "You got the same message, how are you able to contain your excitement?" I asked, looking up at him and still wiggling.

"Because, I got my hands full with a ball of energy in my lap," Gerard whispered, squeezing me tight as I wiggled. "Come on, I wasn't in your lap a second ago," I whined, hearing his laugh as I peppered kisses along the places I could reach. "I was fidgeting, a little, I guess I could contain it better when you're here," He whispered, kissing the top of my head. "They'll be here in a bit," I whispered to him, seeing him give a small nod and looking to the door. As if on cue, there was a knock and I got super excited.

I wiggled from Gerard's arms, sprinting to the door and opening it to see two people, though one of them looked like Gerard. Not a clone, but had some of his features. "Oh, Mikey, Ray, come on in," Gerard called from the living room, to which I moved aside and watched as they took off their jackets, their wings slipping out from under the material. Both angels. "Frank, come here, I want you to meet my brother," Gerard beckoned, I listened and went to his side, taking my arm around his waist gently. "Mikey, I'd like you to meet, Frank," He introduced me, to which I waved and smiled. "Frank, this is my brother, Mikey," He continued.

"Nice to meet you, I've heard quite a bit about you. And by accident, so has Ray," Mikey told me, gesturing towards the angel beside him. "Oh, well it's very nice to meet the both of you," I said as I subtly squeezed Gerard's hip. "You guys arrived just in time, we haven't done it yet," Gerard informed the two of them.

"Nice tattoos," The man named Ray spoke out of nowhere, and I knew he was talking to me. I took a second look at my tattoos, as if surprised that someone mentioned them. "Oh, thanks... I didn't think I'd be allowed to keep them," I admitted, my wings twitching from the compliment, and Gerard took notice. "Well, they're a part of you, no one can take that from you," Ray said.

"Frank here has been antsy all day since we got the message that someone was coming down today to make it official," Gerard informed them, changing the subject quickly once he noticed that I couldn't figure out how to deal with the sudden attention. Thanks to him, I felt a bit more relaxed, seeing as he was more outgoing in this setting. "Oh, well, yeah. Mikey was the same way when the day came for us. You were there, he was pretty energetic," Ray told him, Mikey blushing from likely being embarrassed. I looked at Gerard, seeing him smiling and nodding. "The afterparty was pretty fun though," Gerard chuckled out.

"It's 'cause you got to stretch your wings out a bit with your cooking, pun intended," Mikey teased, but he laughed a little. I heard about that from Gerard, it was supposedly the last time he got to show off until a few days ago. "So, how does it work?" I asked, kind of wondering through these few days, trying to figure out what to expect. All three of them exchanged glances, though I couldn't understand what it was about. "You'll see when it happens," Gerard reassured me, rubbing my back a little, though that's how he would usually calm me down. "... There's something bad, isn't there?" I asked quietly, looking at Gerard the most. He shook his head a little, but his hand was still rubbing my back. It worried me for a little bit.

"Nothing hurts, there's a little shock at the tip of your wings, but it doesn't hurt," Mikey told me, which is probably what made Gerard on edge. There was a knock on the door, though I didn't rush to get it at first until the sound registered in my brain. I let go of Gerard, his hand accidentally brushing the base of my wing as I walked over to the door, showing someone in a long robe and a book in his hands. "Hey! Courtezen! We got you again," Gerard exclaimed, greeting him with a handshake and a pat on the back. "Frank, this is the man that did Mikey's and Ray's bond," He told me, smiling and shutting the door, leading the two of us into the living room area.

"Okay, Gerard, you know how quickly these go, so this will go even quicker. Funny enough, I have 5 more of these to do today," The man informed him, to which he understood and moved swiftly. "Okay, Frank, you've been really excited, but you have to stay still for this part," He whispered in my ear, I gave a small nod as he turned around, putting us back to back. "Gerard, do you take this man to be with you through eternity?" The man asked him as he lined our wings up. "I do," He spoke softly, slowly stretching his wings out, mine following because I was informed to do so. "Frank, do you take this man to be with you for eternity?" The man asked me, Gerard's wings aligned with mine as they stopped when they were spread out fully. "I do," I whispered, smiling as I saw Ray in front of me, Mikey was most likely on the other side with Gerard. The man spoke some form as Latin, feeling a little shock in my wings but staying still. Thanks to Mikey for the heads up. "You may put down your wings now," He told us, slowly folding my wings back and standing in place until I was told otherwise.

"You guys are now officially bonded, congratulations," I heard, turning around and embracing Gerard into a tight hug. I heard the door open and close, not minding it as I held on with my face against his chest. I didn't want him to see me crying, but I knew I was happy, I just couldn't explain why I was crying from it. I felt Gerard kiss the top of my head, chuckling a little bit as he rubbed my back. "Hey, you okay, Frank?" He whispered, though I chuckled again and nodded into his chest. "Just happy," I whispered, having to let go a little to look up at him. His eyes had some tears like mine, but he was smiling and I felt a little better when I noticed. "You did well," He told me, kissing my forehead gently as he rubbed my back.

"Congrats guys!" Mikey and Ray shouted in unison, to which I looked over and smiled as they were holding a cake. "Gee, did you really decorate the cake?" I asked, looking at all the details and smiling even more. "I had time before my little bird woke up, but Mikey helped me hide it. The top shelf of the pantry is always a good hiding spot," Gerard told me, though I was still surprised. I looked up at him again, seeing his gentle eyes and leaning in a little bit to connect our lips. It wasn't hasty, rushed, or lustful, just a simple kiss to say thank you and show how much I just wanted to love him. Once we pulled away, his arms moved, and mine did too as we looked at each other. "Thank you," I whispered, seeing his pretty smile again. "You're welcome," He said in a sing-song tone.

"What flavor is it?" I asked, going over to the counter it was placed on as Ray was cutting it in even pieces. "Chocolate," Gerard answered, staying to my side. "Oooh, aphrodisiac," I joked, getting a slight playful nudge to my arm. "Not while we're here," Mikey deadpanned, pointing a fork at me, though his serious face didn't last long as he and Gerard started to laugh. "I promise, not while you're here," Gerard joked, though his hand settling on my ass was something that made me wonder if he would break that promise. "Okay! The cake is cut, choose what piece you want, but I'm taking this flower piece," Ray told us, picking it up with the thing and then putting it on his plate. I picked this piece that had a moon, Gerard took the sun, though I knew he meant for that to be on purpose.

"Oh, hey, you gotta tell him," Mikey whispered to Gerard, though I could obviously hear him. "Oh, yeah- Frank, hey, do you remember when I told you to not let anyone touch your wings?" He asked, fork in hand as he leaned against the counter in his skinny jeans. "Yeah, I remember, no being can forget that awkward conversation," I mumbled, taking a bite of my cake and facing him a little bit. "You don't have to worry about it as much, 'cause they won't be able to touch your wings for long," He spoke cryptically. I tilted my head and put down my cake. "Why?" I asked, seeing Gerard down his cake. "If you're brave enough to touch Mikey's wing, you can figure out," He said with a small smirk, but I knew it was a challenge. I walked over to Mikey, looking him in the eyes. "May I?" I asked gently, seeing him nod. I barely touched the edge of his wing before my hand was basically zapped away, letting out a little squeak and holding my hand. I looked at his wing in amazement, slowly turning to Gerard and seeing his smirk ever prominent. "So no one can touch my wings." I relayed, seeing him nod as he picked his cake up to take a bite.

"Wait- what happens if I touch your wings?" I asked Gerard, seeing him almost choke on his cake. He swallowed and chuckled, shaking his head. "Later, Frank. It's not something I'd say in front of my brother," He told me, to which I understood and grabbed my cake. Everyone had fun and chatted while eating cake, laughing. I listened most of the time, seeing Gerard's expressive movements when he would tell a story. Mikey would do the same sometimes, but not as much as Gerard. Ray was like me, didn't talk much, and was a rather good listener. It was a lot of fun, laughing with them all, enjoying the day, thinking of falling asleep to Gerard for the first time. It felt surreal, but it was the truth. He was mine, and I was his. Forever.
