Tsukishima's POV

♡︎♡︎♡︎

A few more days passed by. It's been what? Three days? Since I last visited [y/n]. Yamaguchi had been really busy for the past few days as well, so I had no one to talk to. The doctors told me that I wasn't allowed to visit since they were "monitoring her health" as of the moment. I miss her so much. I just can't help myself any longer. I needed to see her even if it's through a glass window. One look won't hurt, right?

I reached the hospital and rushed to the ICU as fast I could. I slowed down as I got closer to the ICU, bracing myself for another hard sight that I was used to seeing. I stepped foot infront of the window, supposedly displaying the unconscious body of [y/n] on the other side of that window.

But there were no signs of anyone inside. Not one move. Not one sound. NO ONE was inside.

My heart began to pump faster and faster. World began to crumble. Tears brimmed my eyes so fast, more star tears started to drop. Vision became blurrier and blurrier. Legs became weaker. Breathing became a hard task.

Is this it? Did she really. . . die..?

COUGH COUGH COUGH COUGH COUGH
I coughed up again and again non-stop. I tried to get a grasp of air but it was useless. Something was like stuck to my trachea that even my hardest cough couldn't let out. I ran to the nearest comfort room as possible. People around me began to worry.

"Please, Kei. Get the surgery before it's too late."

". . ."

"Do you think [y/n] would like to see you suffering like this? Please. Kei-"

"Do not involve [y/n] into this. This is MY body and chose not to get the operation. Not her. This is my problem, not hers. She WILL wake up. I know her. She won't give up easily."

COUGH COUGH COUGH COUGH COUGH COUGH
That conversation I had with my brother a couple of days ago flashed through my mind. It was getting so painful each time I coughed and gasp for air. I was breathless. No oxygen was travelling through my body causing my body to lose circulation. Though my body was stubborn as me, I kept coughing and coughing. More blood was released from my mouth to my hands, probably all over the floor as well. I desperately tried to pant for air as I coughed and coughed.

I felt like passing out when I suddenly felt something in my throat. I continued to cough and cough. Managing to steal glimpses of air. Finally, I coughed it out.
