Where Would We Go? (Aclasiasta Series #1)

Chapter 16

We ate a lot in Hailey's house, they prepare so much food for us. They were good at receiving guess even though their village is hidden from the others.

Miss Lorelei said "Many of them try to find our village, but all of them failed".

But it is still amazing how they treat their guess even though I'm the only one who is new here. After that we decided to rest here for a while and wait for tomorrow before we continue our journey.

Fiore and I stay in the same room and Hailey stayed in her own room.

"There is one village left before we reach the Empire of Hamamelis" Fiore said.

"This was kind of exciting, but how do we get into the Empire of Hamamelis? " I asked.

"We need to buy hoods for us to cover our faces and other goods to hide our weapon" he said.

In just a minute we both fell asleep, as the morning come and the sun shines. We are now prepared for continuing our journey to the Hamamelis.

We wake up early even before the sun shines.

"Take care, my children" Miss Lorelei said.

We waved our hands, saying goodbye and walked towards the lake in the middle of the village. Hailey jump first and then followed by Fiore and lastly me, this never fails to amaze me.

I just realized that the Jade Lake was literally in the middle of the Dark Forest.

So that's why everyone who dares to search for it always fail because they need to look in the midst of the fogs and to be added those giant boars we killed.

I guess none of them make their way back alive after searching the mysterious Jade Lake.

We are now tied again with the rope, and walking in the midst of the fogs. After a while of walking I notice the sudden increase in the temperature.

"I guess we're near" Fiore said.

"This is the scorching aura of the so called Sun Village" Hailey said.

"I thought the last village was the village of dwarves? " I ask.

"Yes, the Sun Village is the village of the dwarves, it was always hot because of the extreme heat the furnace they use in forging emits scorching heat" Fiore said.

Is that it, so we are going into a village that feels like we're inside an oven.

We are far from the sun village yet we can now feel the heat burning our skin. But we can do this we don't need to stay here for so long we just need to buy everything we need.

As we enter the village the loud noise of the dwarves welcome us, we heard some laughs, some gossiping elves, and also the sounds of forging. We heard the hammer hitting the metal, and water boiling every time a hot metal was put in there.

We immediately look for an inn to stay for a while, luckily we found an inn and it was cold inside of it.

"This was great, I thought we will be staying in an inn with hot air" I said.

"No way, I can't stand the heat outside so this is the best thing we have in this village" Fiore

After a while, we need to go out again to buy the things we need, it's so hot outside and I didn't want to go but we need to. We put our weapons inside our bags and start roaming around the village.

As soon as we step out of the door of the inn we already feel the scorching heat of the forges.

"Let's go and find everything we need immediately" Fiore said.

We started looking for clothes for us to hide our weapon within our bags. But sadly clothes are not too popular in this place, but we found some sellers.

"We're gonna take all your products" Hailey said.

After that we started to look for hoods for us to wear, but it is another thing that is difficult to find here.

We look all around the village, but we didn't see anything or anyone who sells hoods. So we roam around again, exhausted from the heat, looking for tailors.

We've heard that elves and dwarves are not only good being blacksmith, but also being a tailor.

We've finally found one, we asked if she could make us three hoods that covers the entire body.

"I can, but it will take a day for it to be finished" the tailor said.

"It's okay as long as we get the hoods" Fiore said.

The tailor started to measure us individually, she gets our heights and the shape of our heads, and back. After getting our body measures we immediately go to a restaurant nearby, it was a cozy place so we chill there.

We order so much food for our lunch, and then we take out meals for our dinner so we don't get out of our room in the inn.

We sit for a while in the restaurant for us to rest from the heat outside, this is the most civilized place I go here in Aclasiasta. Maybe dwarves dominate in knowledge in Black smithing, tailoring, and architecture that's why they are now civilized.

After a while we decided to head back to the inn, but before that we need to face the reality that we need to go outside.

We run our way back to the inn, we make it a race for it to become fun. As I expected Fiore came first, then I'm the second, and there was Hailey exhausted and walking like a zombie in the road.

After we enter our room we lay on our individual bed, Hailey puts our food on the side table before she lay down.

"It's so hot outside the pay in this inn is absolutely worth it" Fiore said.

"I agree" I said, raising my hand.

"Me too" Hailey said, she was still exhausted from the walk.

After that long and hot walk we do, finally we are now back at the inn. The rest is much more glorious after an exhausting walk outside the inn.
