After ensuring everything was well in the cosmos after end of Tripur, Kartikeya came to Kailash to meet her younger sister Ashok-sundari.

Mata Parvati's happiness knew no bounds, finally all her children - Srinav, Amarsri, Kartikeya and Ashok-sundari were together in Kailash.

Their games and laughter made everything more alive. This is what the mother-goddess had always wanted, her home to be filled with giggles of her children.

Currently the children were playing the blindfold game near maansarovar. Amarsri's had her blindfold around her eyes as she tried to get hold of Srinav, Kartikeya and Ashok-sundari.

Their giggles made the game even more enjoyable.

"Priye yaha." Srinav said.

"Jiji mujhe pakadiye." Kartikeya said.

"Jyeshtha hum yaha hai." Ashok-sundari said.

"Accha ? Toh sab mujhe bhramit kar rahe hai ? Abhi pakad lungi sabko." Amarsri said.

But as she took a step ahead, she winced as a thorn pierced her the sole of her feet. The three rushed towards her. Kartikeya opened her blindfold, as Srinav knelt down and took her feet in his hand looking for the thorn.

"Jyeshtha, aap kushal toh hai ?" Ashok-sundari asked.

"Ha, chhota sa kaataa hai bas. Mai thik hu." Amarsri assured.

"Kaise thik hai aap priye ? Yaha Rakt beh raha hai." Srinav said.

Ashok-sundari looked at Srinav's worried face and then at Amarsri's calm face. She got confused at that, the one who has got hurt is showing no sign of pain while the one who hasn't been hurt seems to be in pain.

Srinav with utmost care, gently plucked the thorn out of her feet and cleaned the blood with his Angvastra.

"Peeda ho rahi hai priye ?" He asked.

"Tanik bhi nahi." Amarsri smiled.

"Jiji, Yudh-kaushala hai Jyesht. Itne se inhe kuch peeda nahi hogi." Kartikeya said.

"Yeh kaise sambhav hai ?" Ashok-sundari folded her hands.

"Kya ?" Amarsri asked.

"Jyeshtha, chot aapko lagi toh peeda Jyesht ko kaise huyi ?" Ashok-sundari asked causing Kartikeya and Amarsri to chuckle as Srinav shook his head.

"Kyuki Jyesht tumhari Jyestha se atyant prem karte hai. Aur Jyesht ka pati-dharm hai Jyestha ka dhyaan rakhna." Srinav said pinching her nose.

"Kya yeh sabhi patiyo ka dharm hota hai ?" Ashok-sundari asked.

"Ha." Srinav nodded.

"Toh kya jo mera pati hoga uska bhi yeh dharm hoga ?" She asked.

"Awashya hoga." Amarsri said.

"Toh kaun hoga mera pati ?" Ashok-sundari asked.

"Ab yeh baat toh tumhe Mata se puchna padega. Keval wahi iss prashn ka uttar de sakti hai." Kartikeya said.

"Toh mai yeh baat abhi Mata se puch ke aayi !" Ashok-sundari said.

She ran to Mata Parvati, who was cooking a meal for everyone.

"Maa mera ek prashn hai !" Ashok-sundari said.

"Kya putri ?" Mata Parvati asked.

"Mera vivah kisse hoga ?" Ashok-sundari asked.

Mata Parvati smiled and then looked at her, the time has come for her to tell Ashok-sundari about the prophecy.

"Tumhara vivah Chandravansh ke ek Maharaj se hoga." Mata Parvati said.

"Kya naam hai unka ?" Ashok-sundari asked.

"Nahush." Mata Parvati said.

"Hume unse milna hai." Ashok Sundari requested.

"Kintu abhi Nahush ka janm nahi huya hai. Abhi toh Chandravansh ka prarambh huya hai, Maharaj Pururvaas ke saath. Tumhe Nahush hetu pratiksha karni padegi." Mata Parvati said.

"Maa, mai unke liye awashya pratiksha karungi." Ashok-sundari smiled.
