Chapter 15

Im going to try to give you a good picture on what happened next, so imagine this: two teenagers fighting like their life depends on it.
Well, technically our pride depended on it but either way you get the point.
Next thing you know they're yelling at each other like maniacs

"I refuse to use his power-"
"Shut up! My gosh, It's yours! Your quirk not his!" I had yelled

I was seeing red

And that was a big mistake on my part, yes I wanted to help Todoroki, but the a**hole makes it ridiculously hard.
And don't get me started on that mindset of his. So I thought I'd yell some sense into him.
Resulting in him kicking my a**.

You'd probably think I'd lose but no, I won just barely I hate to admit.

Yes, peppermint beat the sh*t out of me but I did the same to him in all honesty. The only thing I'd say was a success, was getting icy-hot to shut up and use his fire. But, giving the fact that he hadn't used the quirk all his life, he had terrible control of it.
Not to worry though, in the end I was able to get close to him and throw him out of bounds.

It was a good match, better than any I had with Endeavor anyway. Speaking of that flaming trash, when I finally got todoroki to use his fire he started screaming a bunch of nonsense like:
"Shotooooooo!!"
"Now that your over your little rebellious phase we can continue your training!"

The second one's probably my favorite, come on 'little rebellious phase' that's hilarious, I've never heard of a little rebellious phase that lasted almost 10 years.

But now I've got bigger problems, much bigger problems,
Bakugo Katsuki

That's my big problem, now that I've dealt with todoroki I now have to face Katsuki, and that's a big no, no. You should have seen his face when i used my combination of telekinesis and fire. He went through all the emotions in like a minute, confused, hurt, angry, p*ssed, and I dare say he looked proud for a hot sec.
When I saw him after the match he glared at me and walked off. I deserve that.

Just wait till I see mom...
I'm too scared to think about it.

Right now I'm just wandering around, I didn't want to go to the infirmary cause as far as I'm aware nothings broken so there's no point.
I turn a corner and see Class President (Iida) on the phone.
I watch him for a moment (not in a creepy way)

"Mom? why are you crying? Are you ok- ... what? Tensei? ...I'm on my way" he hangs up the phone. He doesn't move though, tears start to fall from his eyes. He removes his glasses and tries to wipe them away.

I start to walk over to him, he doesn't look up, but try's to stop crying.

"Hey Prez" I say, standing in front of him
"Oh! M-midoriya, it's you" he says sounding relives
I stare at him for a moment before giving a small sigh "You know, this isn't the only sports festival your gonna be able to participate in, there's always next year and the year after"
"I-"
"Leave"

His eyes widen a bit before nodding slowly
I pat him in the shoulder "Go see your brother, I'll tell Aizawa that something came up"
"Thank you Midoriya" he says before running down the hall

I'm tempted to yell at him about no running in the halls but this isn't the right time.

I turn and head to the announcement booth.
I open the door and walk in. Aizawa and Yamahada turn around surprised.

"Oh, it's just you Midoriya" Aizawa says
"Just me? Wow" I say walking over and taking a seat
"Why are you in here?" Aizawa asks ignoring my statement
"Ive come to be the bearer of bad news"
"Bad news?" Yamahada asks joining in on the conversation
"Yeah, Prez has some urgent business to take care of and has to leave"
"Urgent business?" Aizawa says giving me a small glare
"I don't know all the details, all I can tell you is that it's important" I shrug.

They both continue to stare at me before Aizawa slowly nods and turns to the microphone "Due to some issues Iida Tenya has dropped out, Tokoyami Fumikagi wins by default"

A few shouts of disapproval come from the crowd but nothing serious

"Next up Midoriya Izuku vs Bakugo Katsuki"

I'm screwed

I know this isn't a very long chapter but I needed to write something to get me back into the habit. I also apologize for not really writing a fight scene between Todoroki and Midoriya it's not my strong suit. I hope your enjoying the story so far and I'll try to update a fine soon!
