The one and only: Deku

Chapter 32

Midoriya Pov:

"Ugh it's to early for this"
"Can't we have a few more minutes?"
"I'm going back to sleep"

The next generation of hero's here folks. I'm not getting up either though, I just stare at the ceiling wishing I could go back to the time when I woke up past 12 and then stayed up till the crack of dawn instead of being forced awake at 4:30 in the morning.

I glance over and see Katsuki already up and stretching, I roll my eyes.
Katsuki's had the same night routine for the past 10 years of his life: go to bed at 8-latest 8:30- and wake up at an ungodly time in the morning.

A few minutes later I hear him grumbling about killing the germs in his mouth. I can't deal with him right now, or anything at the moment. I roll onto my side and attempt to go back to sleep.

"Guys we shouldn't do this"
"The b*stard slept in this is what he gets"
"Mr. Aizawa you're not gonna let him do it are you?"
"I'll give an extra hour of sleep to whoever gets this on camera" a tired voice reply's

With those few words there a uproar in excitement.
"Shut up! You'll wake him"
Things quiet down with an occasional giggle here and there.

I keep my eyes closed and don't bother with whatever's happening.
The giggles get more frequent and I hear footsteps coming toward me.

A drop of water falls onto my nose
"Dang that bucket is almost overflowing Bakugou"

Water, Bucket, Katsuki

Oh hell no

I open one eye just in time to see Katsuki standing overtop of me with a big bucket full of water about to be dumped onto me.
I use my telekinesis and make Katsuki lift the bucket behind him making the water splash onto everyone behind him including himself.

I sit up and face them
"Morning" I say pretending not to notice that everyone is soaked in water.

Katsuki's face is red and the class stands behind him drenched in water along with Aizawa glaring daggers at me

"Do you have any idea what time it is Midoriya?" Aizawa asks me through gritted teeth.
I glance at the clock in the room "It's 6:30"
"And do you recall what time you were supposed to be up by?"
"I believe that was 4:30 sir"

He stares at me "Get up, now"

I get up and stretch then smile at the class
"Did I miss anything?"

Todoroki Pov

Midoriya walks away toward the bathroom

"I'm gonna kill him" Bakugou grumbles
"Man, now I have to change again" Kaminari sighs

A few others nod in sad agreement and walk toward their bags to grab a different pair of clothes

"I can't believe Midoriya was able to pull that trick last minute" Kirishima says as he puts on a new shirt
"You should see the video I got of it! Midoriya doesn't even flinch" Sero says holing his phone out

Why the class thought it was a good idea to prank Midoriya, I don't know. But they shouldn't be this surprised that it didn't work.

Midoriya walks out a few minutes later in sweatpants and a shirt that says t-shirt on it.
"So what'd I miss Todoroki?" He asks me as he pulls a pair of shoes from his bag

I think back to two hours earlier when all you could hear was screaming students being put through training camp hell

"Nothing much, a little disappointing actually" I say with a shrug
He gives me a look then nods "Exactly what I wanna hear"
"Iida's pretty upset that you slept in" I add

Midoriya barks a laugh "When is Prez not upset with something I do?"

"Break times over, back outside everyone" Mr Aizawa says.
Midoriya follows me outside then we all walk off to our areas to continue our quirk training

"You're an a**hole Todoroki" Midoriya grumbles once training is over

I smirk a little at Midoriya as I watch him walking away mumbling.

Like the rest of the class, I didn't like that Midoriya got to sleep in

Honestly time is just going right over my head and I forget how long it's been since I've written a chapter or that I even have this story. Please know that this story wont be discontinued until I clarify that it is. I'm so sorry about the wait and that this chapter is a bit on the short side but I need to get back into the habit somehow so this is like a bit of a filler chapter if you will.
