You stand motionless beside your friends and Iron Man.
He was holding Peter 1 by the shoulder and had lead the lot of you away from the ruckus of the party and out onto a balcony.
If you weren't scared for your life, you would probably have felt relieved to be out in the fresh air again.
The best thing about the avengers compound was that it was far away from the city and as much as you liked it, it didn't beat the fresh air around you. It almost felt like the time you were fighting Electro in the woods with Peter 1.
But that was a long time ago now. Or was it a long time in the future? That made more sense. You sigh, it was confusing.
Iron Man glared at each one of you, almost expecting you to explain yourself. Peter 1 was barely conscious. He must've been really tired. Or really drunk. Probably both.
Tony's eyes flinched as the sun started to disappear behind the clouds and made the sky look orange.
No one dared say a word. You didn't want to mess things up worse than they already were.
"Are you going to explain yourselves?" Tony spat, clutching onto Peter 1's collar now as he hung from his grasp.
"I-" Peter 3 struggles for words, "Look.. we.. I don't know.. we were bored and we-"
"No." Tony says aggressively, his eyes flicking to Peter 1 and for a short moment, you thought you saw a little bit of worry and pity in Tony Stark's eyes, "That's not what I'm on about."
You pull a confused expression, you were sure Peter 2 and Peter 3 did likewise.
Tony sighed.
"I don't care that you broke into the training room. I couldn't care less. I just didn't want you messing up the place and you didn't so that's not the problem." He took a breath, "The problem here is the fact that you let SpiderKid here get drunk."
You had to admit, you were relieved that he wasn't mad at you about you all breaking into facility so you immediately let out a breath you didn't realise you were holding until now.
"Are you just going to ignore me now?" Tony continues, "He's fourteen. You need to be more responsible."
Fourteen? It was so easy to forget how old he was. He didn't seem it. Surprisingly, he acted more maturely.
"S- Sorry." You mumble as Tony aggressively thrusts Peter 1's limp body onto the closest person he could see and stormed back into the party. Tony was clearly a little drunk too.
Peter 2 struggled to grasp Peter 1's body but eventually managed to support him adequately.
"That could've been worse." Peter 3 admits.
"Says the one not holding a drunk and passed out minor." Peter 2 says.
"Should we take Peter 1 back then?" Peter 3 says, brushing a hand over Peter 1's hair like a caring older brother.
"Probably." Peter 2 admits.
"I'll take him if you'd like." You say, taking your eyes off the horizon and focusing on the conversation.
"You sure?" Peter 3 says, it was clear they both wanted to go to the party but were being polite.
"Yeah," You say, speaking your mind, "It'll be alright, besides, the music is making me feel a bit nauseous, I could do with an early night."
"Well here you go then." Peter 2 dumps Peter 1's limp body on you and you nod at them to return inside.
You adjust Peter 1 and shoot a web out of your shooter which you wore to the party for some reason.
The two of you swing around the building and slide in through the open window of Peter 1's room.
The teen mumbled something as you entered and put his hands to his head in distress but you just thought it was the alcohol.
You gently laid him on his bed but freeze halfway through.
A strange sensation was crawling up your spine and seeping into your blood, spreading around your body and causing you intense discomfort.
Your spider senses had started tingling.
And they were telling you that danger was near.
A/n- I'm so excited for these next chapters :)
