"Wait, what are you doing in the dark in a lab?" You look at him unsurely, staring at your friend from another universe.
"Err.." He pauses for a minute, fumbling with something on his wrist, probably his web shooter.
You raise an eyebrow as a web shoots across the room towards you, looking slightly tinted another colour.
The web lands on the light switch and you hear a faint clink before you're plunged into darkness.
The web glowed a bright shade of green, making the room look a bit evil.
"I call it..." Peter 3 grinned, looking pretty childish, "Lumo-Webs."
"Doesn't it go against your colour scheme?" You blatantly ask, turning the lights back on.
He shrugs, "I'll use it at Halloween or something." He looked pretty downhearted.
"Did I just ruin it for you?" You say, looking at his awkward face.
"Sorta." He admits, shrugging again.
You felt a little guilty, "I'm sure we can make something just as cool." You grin.
He grins back and you spend a good hour or so messing around with components and creating some new technology.
For some reason, this universes technology and resources were much more advanced than you or Peter 3's and you kind of liked it for that. It gave you more options.
At around 5am, there was a knock on the lab's door.
You were sure no one else would be up at this hour. Who could it be?
The two of you were practically frozen solid as the door creaked open.
Two people rushed into the room, one much faster than the other.
Luckily it was only Peter 2 and Peter 1.
Peter 1 sprinted towards you and pulled you into a hug.
"Wha-" You say, lifting your arms up in shock.
"We were looking for you and when we couldn't find you.. we thought you'd done something... bad." Peter 2 admits, looking to the floor sheepishly.
Peter 1 pulls away and you stare at the two of them in disbelief.
"Yeah I'm sad" You admit, "But I wouldn't do that." You were a little shocked that they thought that far.
"Well, you weren't in your room." Peter 1 admits, shrugging a little.
"Let's change the subject." Peter 2 decides, glancing between you and Peter 3.
"What've you two been doing?" He asks
"Messing around mostly." You shrug, looking back at the mess you'd made.
"I can see that." Peter 2 says, sounding like a disappointed parent.
"Come on, light up a little." Peter 3 whines mockingly.
"Why are you guys here anyways?" You ask.
"Got up early." Peter 1 says, "We do have a machine to rebuild."
"Yeah but that's boring." You grin, picking up a test tube of blue liquid, "There are cooler things to do."
"I agree, we should make the most of our time together guys." Peter 3 adds, "Especially since this reality has good resources, Peter 1 you're really lucky to live here."
"You could say that." You mumble, thinking about what was to happen to that poor boy.
The four of you mess around with the chemicals for another hour, making it about seven when Tony Stark bursted into the room.
You were midway through demonstrating the cryogenic shield you'd just designed so you just stood their awkwardly as the base started to react, freezing over and hardening before your eyes.
At least it worked.
"You four," Tony practically demands, sliding into the room wearing his shades even though the sun barely got inside, "It's time..."
You roll your eyes, knowing where this pun was going
Tony flicks his shades, giving you a smirk before saying, "Time machine time."
