A/n- imagine the Harry from your reality is whichever Harry Osborn is your favourite or make up how he looks in your head it's your choice really. Tbh I don't think I could choose which is my favourite cuz they're both good in different ways but on with the story I guess.
"Harry?" You croak, your lungs were winded from the explosion.
Your dress was torn and your legs were horrendously cut and scratched.
You try to pull yourself up, pushing your hands on the broken glass around you and trying to ignore the pain slicing under your skin.
"Y/n."
He knew your name. He must be the Harry from your reality. But that didn't make sense. How was he here?
You hear a hovering noise zoom alongside the voice and cackles, you curse under your breath.
There was something more worrying than your friend being here which was that he might not even be your friend anymore. He could be something much worse. And it was getting more likely with every second.
It'd happened.
Harry wasn't Harry anymore.
You thought you'd avoided it but it seemed it was truly inevitable. It seemed there were certain things that were set in stone across the multiverses and this was one of the examples.
Harry would turn into the Green Goblin no matter what.
However, what wasn't completely set was his death and you had to save him before he lost it entirely. If he did, you would be losing your only friend from your reality.
After all, you had kind of distanced yourself from your friend group to the point where you weren't sure if they were your friends anymore.
You'd always told yourself at least you had Harry. But now that wasn't so certain.
You cough up a mouthful of blood and almost gag at the sight of it.
Your legs were weak but you managed to stand up. You wobble slightly as a familiar figure neared you on his glider.
Harry Osborn. But it wasn't him.
His face looked the same, just crazed and beaten up.
His eyes however, were barely his. They were bloodshot with rage and his iris' were now practically luminous green.
"Y/n." He said your name for the third time but you didn't know how to reply.
Instead you answered with his name, "Harry."
"Harry.." He pondered over the word for a minute before snapping back into the gremlin like attitude he'd recently adopted, "Doesn't ring any bells."
It was as if his teeth were bright yellow but you suspected it was just the light. Although, it sent a shiver down your spine when he revealed a devilish grin.
This wasn't him.
Tears started to spring to your eyes but you blinked them away, hoping the goblin wouldn't see and depict it as a weakness.
He steps off his glider, letting it hover beside him.
You weren't sure how he'd got his glider. You stole a quick glance downwards and noticed that there was a logo on the side of it.
'Stark Tech.'
He must've stolen it from this reality. He probably also stole the green armour that he was wearing.
But that wasn't important right now.
"What do you want?" You ask, trying to throw as much repulse into your voice as possible, "Or did you just bomb the party for the kicks of it?"
"Oh I want something for sure." He slurs his words as saliva drips down his chin.
It sort of reminded you of Pennywise from It and that just creeped you out a whole lot more.
"What?" You say as he inches closer and closer to you.
"I want you to feel the pain." He spat, coughing up something that you didn't even want to guess what it was, "The pain that he felt."
"I-" You stumble. You didn't know how to reply to that statement. You also had around a million questions to ask him but you couldn't form any words.
Harry grins again, stepping away from you and back onto his glider.
You could tell just by the way he held himself that his confidence had increased since you last saw him. It was unnerving.
He kept his smile firmly on his face as he glided in circles around you mockingly.
He then continued his statement, "Which is why I've taken your friends.. so you can feel how it is to be unwanted again."
