Summary: Kyungsoo is Chanyeol's boyfriend for two years. Baekhyun has a blue pair of sneakers he keeps on looking at whenever he's shy, and Chanyeol bought a matching pair so they'll have couple shoes.

Chanyeol sighs heavily, lips curved into a frown after checking his phone for the eighth time and there's still no incoming call nor messages from Kyungsoo. He tried calling his boyfriend several times but he won't pick up for some reason Chanyeol is uninformed. Maybe he's just busy at school abroad as always and he probably didn't notice his phone, maybe he's just pre-occuppied with his music class and he's too exhausted to contact Chanyeol. Shaking his head, Chanyeol brushes off the thought away as he walks straight through the empty hallways.

Kyungsoo is in States for two years studying music and Chanyeol is left in Korea to pursue his own studies in music as well. Being in a university is difficult, especially when your loved ones are far away from you, but Chanyeol is used to their long distance relationship. For two years, he and Kyungsoo keep on communicating with each other time to time, talking on the phone, video chatting once a week and texting every night so it's not that of a big problem for the both of them.

But these past few weeks seem to be different-- Kyungsoo is being distant, unreachable, that Chanyeol suspects he has found another person to replace him. He has found a new lover who's always with him unlike Chanyeol. Chanyeol closes his eyes as he whispers to himself that no, Kyungsoo won't do that. He loves Chanyeol very much. He'll stay loyal with him and Chanyeol will wait for him to come back.

He checks his phone for the last time, hoping he'll be greeted by his boyfriend's blinking name but no, he's disappointed, frowning when the screen of his phone is still black like earlier. He gives up and puts the device inside his bag and continues to walk down the halls heading to his lecture room.

He's still five minutes early on his class so he stops by first to his locker to retrieve his books and notes. He accidentally drops his pen to the ground so he bends down, picking it up with his thumb and index finger, when he notices a pair of blue sneakers in front of him. He pockets his pen and trails his eyes from the shoes, to the rather short legs, to the thin torso, to the petite body, and up to the stranger's face, which is, Chanyeol thinks, looks very innocent to the world around him.

The boy is not tall in height matters unlike Chanyeol, and judging by his looks, he has a beautiful face-- small eyes, button nose, thin pink lips and unblemished cheeks. He's actually good looking, but he seems to be disoriented, glancing around the place uncertainly as if he has been lost for hours.

"Hi," Chanyeol says smiling a little and the boy turns to look at him. "Do you need help?"

"Y-yeah... I do." the boy meekly says under his breath, scratching the back of his neck. "I am... I-I'm wondering if you know a guy named, uhh, Park Chanyeol? The dean told me to ask him to take me to the lecture room."

"Park Chanyeol? Why him?" Chanyeol asks with interest, remembering suddenly that the dean asked him yesterday to accompany someone but the errand slipped off his mind.

"I don't know," the boy says shrugging his shoulders slightly. "Maybe he's just a kind student... Or maybe he's a teacher's pet who sticks with professors to get high grades."
